Duane Smith is the best around. He is a great man and a wonderful technician. He has many years of experience so that was very beneficial. He got the job done correctly and is very personable. I will definitely call him again in the future if we have any plumbing needs.

I had a leaky pipe and was contacting several plumbers to get estimates and timing. When I spoke with Brian, I told him I had another company coming out later that day so I didn't want to waste his time but wanted to get an idea of what the costs would be. He quoted the costs over the phone but also offered to stop by after the job he was on to take a look at it even though he knew I had a company coming to find the leak for free. When I met him, I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The other company called to say they were on their way so Brian left. As soon as the other company showed up, I knew their advertisement had been a scam so I sent them away and called Brian to see if he was still available. He was and came back and did the job. I was impressed with how well he protected my property while doing his job. When done, there were no cost surprises. Everything was done as originally quoted and he cleaned everything up after his work. I was pleased with his service.

Rick did an amazing job on a kitchen sink pex piping job. He found the ACTUAL problem with our plumbing that we were unaware of, didn’t recommend unnecessary work for the sake of money, and was extremely thorough. He was professional, kind, timely, and extremely reasonable in his prices. He charged less than we expected. We would heartily recommend Rick to anyone!

After calling around for a water heater replacement and just given the run around from other local company’s Charlotte plumbing repair was able to give me a quote with just a few pics and a couple questions and came in way below other prices I was given. I would definitely recommend giving these guys/gals a call for any plumbing projects.

I continue to be impressed with this company. I had a plumbing issue on the afternoon of July 4th they came out and fixed that day, along with another immediate repair today at a rental property. 3 other companies couldn’t fit me in for over a week, and quoted significantly higher to replace the line. Also, about a year ago I had my entire heating and AC replaced on my main house, including all new ductwork that is still working perfectly and they even reach out to me for the free annual summer and winter services that was included. Well ran company. Will always get my business.

Showed up late and never investigated the problem. They did give me half of my money back.

I was extremely pleased to do business with this company. This small business, based in Mint Hill, was very professional in accepting my call, listening to my needs and setting the appointment. They made it super easy by supplying quality commercial grade ADA (a little taller)toilet and all parts, installing and caulking it, and hauling the old one away for a set price. This was a winner for me! Their plumber, Harry, called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, neatly installed 2 new toilets, removed and hauled away the old ones in less than 2 hours. Toliny Plumbing and Electric went far beyond the call of duty. Due to some issues with our kitchen cabinets that were being installed, Tony ended up coming to our house a number of times to get the job done right. He didn't charge us extra - he just did a great job, for a GREAT price. We appreciate his professionalism, timeliness, and expertise. We will use him for all of our electrical work.
