He charged us even less than he quoted us, which was already extremely reasonable, because he finished more quickly than he expected to. Talk about honesty. From the phone call to the van pulling out of my drive, my experience was great. I was quoted an estimate for the service I requested and that is what I paid. The dispatcher/manager was pleasant and direct and pretty much unflappable. The plumber who came was the same. He was pleasant, efficient and left the bathroom cleaner than when he got there. Highly recommend .

Ive been using Burl to address various needs of my properties for a while now. He's honest, skilled and fair. The fellas working for him do good work. My experience with skilled folks is if they're honest and good at what they do you've found someone you should go back to. Burl is that fella for my plumbing issues.

I've used Breault Plumbing several times and have always been satisfied. This morning I had an emergency situation involving a leak and they came out quickly and fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I'll definitely keep using them for my plumbing needs.

I was extremely pleased to do business with this company. This small business, based in Mint Hill, was very professional in accepting my call, listening to my needs and setting the appointment. They made it super easy by supplying quality commercial grade ADA (a little taller)toilet and all parts, installing and caulking it, and hauling the old one away for a set price. This was a winner for me! Their plumber, Harry, called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, neatly installed 2 new toilets, removed and hauled away the old ones in less than 2 hours. After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***

Plumber charges $196 for a one hour service call. Reported he could not fix our water heater, we would need to replace it. Within an hour of speaking to the plumber about the necessary repairs our tenant calls and informs us he has hot water. The plumber quoted us $1885 to replace the water heater which is $1000 more than 2 other plumbers we contacted. Find a more honest plumber for half the price.

When my husband and I learned we had to have all the plumbing pipes replaced from polybutylene to pex, we immediately began to worry about which plumbing company to use and how much it was going to cost to get the job done right. We wondered how a re-pipe in a 2 story home on a slab foundation would be done and how much damage it would do to the home we’ve nearly renovated throughout- both inside and out! I immediately went to Google to find the highest ranked companies that were not from some “national” or ‘big-box’ type stores that seem to always provide the least service for the highest price. We wanted to deal local and with a small business. We began scheduling visits and accepting quotes. Some ranged from the lower end of $5,400 to as high as over $21K— which dumbfounded us! Then I stumbled across Carolina Plumbing Pros and read their reviews— I saw how they replied to “that” customer who wouldn’t be happy if “Jesus the Plumber” fixed their problems— and it was then that I saw how Destiny kept records and handled herself in the professional way I would if I dealt with that customer. I called and scheduled a visit and Dobri came out and did a magnificent and thorough job of explaining the scope of the work required and answered every question I had. Then came one of the best aspects of their service— the putting everything back together and painting! Not a single quote I’d received yet (7 at that point) included putting the Sheetrock back together and painting the accessed areas to make it look like they were never here. That was a major part that caught my eye — and then the quote came — and the choice was made. Their price was not just competitive, it was exactly what we were prepared to pay given some of the other quotes we had received that didn’t include nearly half the work Dobri and his team were going to perform. I sit here typing this review on Day 2 of the project and not only is the work 3/4’s done (including passing inspection by the city earlier today)— but the holes are already patched, taped, and muddled- twice! I am not concerned about waiting til the painting is done tomorrow (after sanding)— my review is burning to get out there for every one of you seeking a plumbing company to find— choose these people and you will NOT go wrong. You’ll absolutely love their work and the speed in which they complete it with professionalism. There— I’m done. I couldn’t be any happier with the choice of Carolina Pluming Pros.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.
