I had called in to schedule an AC tune up trying to use their promotion. After going specifically what the tech would do towards this service. The office explained it would cover cleaning coils, and also clean the water drain line. The tech showed up and out-rightly declined any of these cleanings. I informed him to circle back with the office and his work order it should have clear instructions regarding my expectations. He informed he was only gonna check for pressures and run a check to find out what else is required for the system and if it needs any repairs, he would quote.. Similar to a 30 point check you get when you take your car for an oil change. I had to ask the tech to leave without wasting his or my time. A total waste of time...

I had a great experience! I called today and they had a plumber at my door in about 30 minutes. I had a leak from a kitchen sink pipe, 2 clogged bathroom sinks, and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. In less than 1.5 hours, he had all things repaired and working better than ever. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them from now on when I need plumbing services.

I called then early in the AM to have my toilet unclogged and they never showed up. Everytime I called back they would say they was on the way got stuck on another call. Later that night 8:30pm the secretary called and said they where on the way I advised her I already called someone else and they took care of it.

I had water damage in my new house from a clogged drain pipe. Another plumbing company unclogged it and then gave me a $8200 estimate to excavate the pipe and replace it. After one week of delays and excuses, without being able to fully use my bathrooms, my real estate agent gave me a referral to Burl's plumbing. They gave me a second opinion for free: turns out that I was being scammed for unnecessary work. Burl's plumbing resolved my problem the very next day with only a $1500 bill! They were thorough, polite, fast and showed and explained me everything they did. What a blessing!

I am an out of town landlord and it is always scary for me to try and find people that you don’t actually meet that do exceptional work. For those out there reading these reviews Rose Plumbing was not only polite and understanding of the situation but responded immediately to help me out in a timely fashion. I was totally satisfied with the quality of the job. I took notice of how he did those little things that many contractor omit in an attempt to finish quickly. I added some additional requests that included plumbing and electrical that he agreed to handle while he was here. In the end his charges were more than fair. I will certainly keep Toliny Plumbing and Electrical in mind for any future repairs.
