Jones Plumbing was a referral the first time I used him. He had a very good knowledge of the plumbing problems I had before he started. It didn't take him long to take care of my issues. His charges were reasonable and reminded me if any problems come back he have no problem coming back again. I have recommended him to other friends.

OMG! The Thermal Coupler on our hot water heater went out this morning...two days before Christmas, in 20 degree temps. Mike came out this evening in the frigid temperatures and worked a miracle!! He was AMAZING!! He really did SAVE our Christmas! I can't recommend them enough!!

E.R. Plumbing and Nick were FANTASTIC! We had a serious plumbing emergency with water free flowing through our house for about 15 minutes because of a burst pipe. Nick was at our property less than two hours after the pipe burst. He repaired the damage quickly, was very professional and explained his work in a very easy to understand manner. We called Jim Dickerson to come out and unclog our Washing Machine drain. Their guy showed up but did not have the right tools or machine to do the job. They had call a 2nd plumber and they charged me almost $600.00 bucks. I called and questioned the bill and was told they would review it an call me back but they never did.

I cannot express how satisfied and impressed my wife and I are with the service provided by this company. The plumbers themselves were the epitome of professionalism with excellent knowledge in diagnosing our problem. They got our system up and running again in record time. We will definitely use them again.

Something went wrong with our shower fixtures two nights ago after my oldest son tried to turn the shower knob off but the water was still coming out from the shower head. I know that I can call a handyman for the job but it was too late at night and I would like to use the company that dealt with our fixtures last December. I know it is really quite difficult to set for an appointment the very next day but my husband (works overseas) was the one who called their office to request for an emergency repair, the lady who answered the phone was very nice and accommodating and did a schedule for a plumber to come by the house. That morning a guy employee gave a courtesy call and said within 30 minutes the plumber will be in our house. Indeed the plumber came by and fixed and changed not only one but two of our shower knob inserts that were broken.
The plumber was very professional and explained to me about what maybe the cause of that broken parts. Now both knobs are doing great. My husband and I were really very happy that Price Brothers Inc., was very helpful in this kind of situation and didn't charge us any penny for the labor that some other company for sure will give a certain fee for just showing up and do nothing.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH. You are all customer friendly and your service was outstanding. I will refer your company to all our friends and families from now on.

I defiantly recommend using Pay Less Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, our plumber TJ did a great job and not to mention provided excellent customer service. Our property had a MAJOR water line break inside one of our resident home…water was poring out of the slab, we had water everywhere and going into the next apartment. Pay Less Plumbing was able to come out right away and take care of all the repairs and restore water to the community right away. I will defiantly call Pay Less Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future. TJ was very knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful every step of the way.
