It’s always great to have someone who is willing to explain everything to you, go through all of the options and help you make the best decision for you and your family. These people are very rude and aren’t professional at all

After winter storm 2021 caused busted pipes in our home, Daniel and John came quickly and meticulously tested and found 6 busted pipes and repaired them. They were here for a while and continued to be courteous, professional, and fair. We will always use Burls for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Shea was amazing. He took the time to explain my pipe issue.Shea explain each process in great detail. Once the job was completed he made sure there was no longer a leak. Shea also left a additional washer for back up use. He was professional and polite. I would recommend him for future jobs.

Estimated price was final price. Mike is very personable and friendly. The actual work was done quickly and accurately. The bad: failed to get permit at beginning of work, caused a 3 day job to turn into a 3 month job. This oversight was dumped in our laps to sort out,, with no help from plumbers. Terrible planning. Office has almost no idea of what field personnel are doing. Almost total lack of communication. The concrete patch work, in dug up foundation pad, looked like it was done by a five year old. The final retile we needed to do was subpar, In large part, because of this shoddy concrete patch. Total interaction with these people was frustrating and maddening. Such unprofessional behavior from what could be a great company. Wife is pleased with work, I am not happy, at all, with what we had to put up with, go through and settle with. On top of this delay, they are expecting instant payment. I sent a check out at their first invoice and have received almost daily demands for their money. 3 months for a 3 day job, they can wait on the Post Office for their payment. I would never have these people in my house again. I fear my wife would, however. Terrible outfit to deal with.

Called Toliny on a Saturday morning and they were out at my property within 3 hours and was able to complete the repair then to restore power to my house very quickly. Very thankful that they were able to come out promptly and fix our electrical emergency.

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

Jay was helpful and knowledgeable when he came to help us with a plumbing leak. He got to us so quickly and stopped the leak right away. He also cleaned up nicely! We had a late night call and he was very polite and quiet so that our baby wouldn’t wake up. I appreciate his kindness in a stressful situation. We would highly recommend Jay if you have any plumbing needs.

Replaced overflow tank on hot water heater

Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. Didn’t show up for their scheduled appointment. I spoke with them (apparently the owner) directly and he couldn’t have cared less. Now I’m stuck with a leak and having trouble finding someone to help before the weekend. Thank you Advanced Plumbing.
