I HIGHLY recommend this company. Although I didn’t have the pleasure to be there in person to meet Duane, my husband did. We had an issue where everything was backed up due to a clog. We couldn’t even stay at our home because we had no bathroom to use. We were away from our home for almost a week. We had a previous plumber come out who took days to trouble shoot and just didn’t get it done. Then, our home warranty company sent someone from Zoom Drain. Not even being at our home for 5 mins, Duane diagnosed the issue, explained everything that was going on, and had the problem fixed in not even an hour. He even gave us info about what we could do to prevent clogs. Duane also informed us of possible causes if we were to have anymore issues. But, upon returning home, everything was running smoothly. I also want to add that we had an appointment, but due to cancellations they were more than happy to come to our home sooner than expected. They really worked with us to get to our home as soon as they could. Thank you so much to Duane at Zoom Drain for providing such care, knowledge, and professionalism. You were an answer to prayer!

We had a great couple experiences with Brian as he helped with setting a new tub and then with a conversion to a tankless water heater. Brian is very responsive, organized and helpful. We’ve referred him to our family and friends and will certainly call him for our next plumbing need.

I've been searching for an honest plumber for over a month. Finally, my neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Drains R Us. He was fair, honest, punctual and upfront about prices. He even provided a few do it yourself suggestions to help me save money. Save yourself some time and call these guys first.

Jason Harmon with Travis Crawford was great! I called them on Monday morning to fix my heat and they had Jason out at 12:00 pm that same day. Jason was professional and personable when he explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain every part of the process without hesitation. As soon as the part came in Jason was back out again to do the repairs. The repairs took about an hour which is much quicker than I expected. Overall everything went really well and I would definitely recommend Travis Crawford, specifically Jason, to anyone who may need some HVAC repair!

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

Heat stopped working and Josh G. arrived within 60 minutes of my call. He did a great job diagnosing the problem and explaining what had happened even though it was an electrical issue unrelated to the HVAC system. Heat was back up and running very quickly and Josh made sure the repair was fairly priced. Thank you!
