Can’t say enough nice things about Tyrell and Wonderful World of Plumbing. Had a no show by another plumber and they were able to fit me in the next day, even came early. He uninstalled my disposal when it was leaking, even though it had already been installed, but with an unexpected issue - didn’t charge me for the extra help. This is the service I’ve been looking for when I call someone for help. Please use them!

Brian replaced our water heater. He was professional, pleasant and personable. He was upfront without being pushy and listened very well. He was very timely and worked quickly without rushing. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Brian and ACC Plumbing and Backflow again and again.

Rick is a top notch plumber and a pleasure to work with. He's an honest guy and his prices are more than fair, especially when you consider the quality of his work.

When I contacted him with a hot water heater issue, he called me back promptly and got me on his schedule quickly. He arrived at the job site exactly when he said he would, figured out what was wrong, quoted me a price and never changed it (even when the scope of work unexpectedly grew in size - which plumbing issues have a tendency to do).

He will be first call from now on for any plumbing needs I may have for my home or any of my rental properties.

I loved that he gave me an estimate over the phone. I wasn't going to hold them to the price but was at least looking for ballpark numbers. I called 8 other plumbing companies who wouldn't provide any type of pricing over the phone. The other companies would, however, give me the price it cost to buy an estimate. I didn't want to be on the hook for an $89 dollar visit fee only to find out the repairs were going to cost twice as much as the next company which is why I wanted some idea of cost before sending someone out.

Kevin with Charlotte Plumbing & Repair, Inc was able to give me an estimate over the phone, come to my house next day, and complete the repairs timely. He let me know what the price would be for two wax ring replacements - which is all I wanted to know - and made sure to let me know he would inform me of pricing for any additional repairs, if needed. After he visited, no additional repairs were needed, and the price given over the phone was almost exact. Highly recommend! Thanks, Kevin!

We were quoted $85.00 service call plus parts.
When the tech had diagnosed the problem it appeared we needed a $15.00 plastic part for our toilet. The Tech did a great job. He also checked with his boss for the price of installation . His boss Burl insisted on charging us $175.00 (!) to install this 15 dollar plastic piece. Take it or leave it! Burl's Plumbing does not deserve anyone's business, especially not a repeat business. Cannot be recommended -

We have used Travis Crawford twice now for HVAC installation and issues. Highly recommend. They are responsive and on time. They text you ahead of your appointment with a picture and bio of your technician. We have had Joey both times and he has been very professional and polite. Will continue to use them!!

I've used Breault Plumbing several times and have always been satisfied. This morning I had an emergency situation involving a leak and they came out quickly and fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I'll definitely keep using them for my plumbing needs.

Chris is great to work with! Had a pipe burst on Christmas so called multiple plumbers the next day. Rose Pumbling is one of two that returned my calls that day. Bailey is so kind and got us all squared away for our appointment. Very happy with their service!

What a GREAT company to work with! The agreed upon job was to replace the entire water line in my yard. Upon beginning the digging, they found the leak within a few feet of the water meter. Rather than taking advantage of me, the digger spoke with Mike and suggested that he only replace the leaking piece of the pipe. Saved me a TON of money!

Great experience using TOLINY for electrical work. Response time was very timely, he was very knowledgeable of all things electrical and had good work ethics. He was also very transparent with us on what needed to be done and didn't try to sell us on a bunch of stuff we didn't need.

When it comes to scheduling and responding, Expart Charlotte Plumbing is tops. Dustin, the technician, was excellent in every way. He wasted no time in completing the task at hand. The services of Expert Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning have been greatly appreciated.

Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Very over priced. I paid $350 for them to cut a hole in my wall and cap off the leaking pipe. They didn't have the part to fix it and wanted to charge an additional $150 to go find the part.
