Best Gas Line Repairs in Charlotte NC

ACC Plumbing did a fantastic job for me installing a gas line to my new fire pit. Brian Thompson was professional, on time and VERY communicative. His pricing was also very competitive. Its not often you find a service provider that you would enthusiastically recommend but I found one in Brian and ACC Plumbing. 5 stars!!!

Rick was great to work with. The issue turned out to be something completely minor, and didn't even try to charge me. Ended up with a free replacement part in the process. Will definitely use Peace of Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater stopped working. Our home warranty company sent Charlotte Plumbing. I'm over satisfied with how Kevin gave suggestions and handled the problem with the part not being delivered. He stayed on top of that parts company until the got it right. We stayed in communication the whole time. I got the thermo coupling today and he came about 6 tonight in the rain and crawled under our house to repair the gas heater and got us hot water.

Clog Busterz is THE BEST! We had a leak that we thought was an emergency and they came out immediately (outside of their normal work area!). They were incredibly helpful and took care of our issue quick with real professionalism. Their pricing was very fair and they were extremely kind and caring to our situation (I was freaking out over water damage and you could tell they really cared!). Highly recommend!

Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. John did an excellent job of removing my 2009 tank water heater and replacing it with a tankless unit. The tankless unit required an electric outlet as well. He installed the new outlet in addition to adding a dedicated circuit to my fuse box. John was very thorough in explaining to me what to expect with the new unit. Day 3 and very pleased with my decision to go tankless.

Even through adversity with freezing cold weather that wreaked havoc on their machinery, Ultimate Plumbing stuck with it until the job was complete. I will definitely call on them again whenever I need plumbing work for my business or home.

Me and my property manager called separately to ask them to come out to our property to diagnose a compressor issue with one of our heat pumps. We were both quoted different prices over the phone - $95 and $130. Then two months after they came out they sent us a bill for $196. We called multiple times to multiple people. I left voicemails, sent emails to their service manager - Bobby, but was unable to get anyone on the phone to help or even discuss the issue. Poor customer service and much more expensive than others.

I had the main water valve go bad!! It had a high pitched whistle every time we turned on the water!! We called a local big name plumbing co, and they told us we had to replace our water heater for up to $5000!!! I called Presidential Plumbing and Gary responded in 1 hour and correctly diagnosed our problem as the water valve and fixed it in 20 minutes for $325!!!!! Great job!!!
