Brian replaced our water heater. He was professional, pleasant and personable. He was upfront without being pushy and listened very well. He was very timely and worked quickly without rushing. I loved that he gave me an estimate over the phone. I wasn't going to hold them to the price but was at least looking for ballpark numbers. I called 8 other plumbing companies who wouldn't provide any type of pricing over the phone. The other companies would, however, give me the price it cost to buy an estimate. I didn't want to be on the hook for an $89 dollar visit fee only to find out the repairs were going to cost twice as much as the next company which is why I wanted some idea of cost before sending someone out.

Kevin with Charlotte Plumbing & Repair, Inc was able to give me an estimate over the phone, come to my house next day, and complete the repairs timely. He let me know what the price would be for two wax ring replacements - which is all I wanted to know - and made sure to let me know he would inform me of pricing for any additional repairs, if needed. The technician did an outstanding job. I asked him is he enjoyed working with the company. He said he felt valued and the best company he has worked for. Once he surveyed the issue he reviewed with me in detail on how to repair the job. When he had to go to get a part he asked me if he get me anything with water or a soda. He was very thoughtful. Great local plumber! They replaced our water heater a couple of years ago via a recommendation from a friend. We just had a minor toilet repair needed. Called them, and they were there the next morning, repaired the problem quickly. The guys were very courteous and respectful, nice to see that kind of service these days!

I was extremely pleased to do business with this company. This small business, based in Mint Hill, was very professional in accepting my call, listening to my needs and setting the appointment. They made it super easy by supplying quality commercial grade ADA (a little taller)toilet and all parts, installing and caulking it, and hauling the old one away for a set price. This was a winner for me! Their plumber, Harry, called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, neatly installed 2 new toilets, removed and hauled away the old ones in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend MKB Plumbing.

Exceptional quality, definitely recommend! My garbage disposal was clogged and the toilet valve was leaking when I called at 10:30 in the morning. Around noon, Manny arrived. By 12:30 he had completed everything. His work was excellent, and he completed it quickly and thoroughly. He was the epitome of competence and politeness in his field. We asked Mr. Ward to come out and give us a price on a new water heater. He charged us $185 simply to come out to assess it. He gave us a price of approximately $1900. We had another reputable company come out and perform the same service for $1300 . Mr. Ward is a very nice man but his cost was not reflective of anything near the service we required.

I had a faucet replaced and shut off valves installed under the kitchen sink after a leak. I'm really disappointed in the new Moen faucet and wish I had my old one back. The new faucet is already loose and wobbling all over the place when you turn it on, I don't think things were tightened all the way. $1,500 for the visit seemed like way too much as well. The tech Christine was as pleasant as could be though! She gets 5 stars for sure. The company's crazy high prices and disappointing products bring the rating down.
