Two weeks ago I learned about MKB Plumbing, Chuck Austin came to do a job for one of my clients, and then two other clients needed repairs on their inspection list. They were prompt, honest and priced fairly and I have never found a Plumbing Company so responsible and honest that I could call and have work done in a few days. My clients and I thank you. Benjamin helped us today with a plumbing problem. Too much junk in the disposal. Simple solution but huge help. I have a better understanding what else we could have tried first...as we were hesitant to start disconnecting pipes to dump into a bucket. It seemed that was totally not needed either.

I will not recommend this company. They are not professional, and they are very rude. They also told me they will not honor their AD on the 2018 Hispanic Directory. They scheduled a visit and did not came alleging that they got lost and then told me to go with other company and hang up. I am really disappointed and I can not imagine wha kind of service will they provide if hired. Please be very aware.

The bad: I needed one outside flood light replaced and one bathroom exhaust fan /light combo replaced. I already had the replacement fixtures on hand. Both of these things I could have done myself but to save myself the time I decided to pay someone for the convenience. Both jobs were super simple and when I booked the appointment online it gave an estimate for each job of $69. It in no way explained that $69 was merely the dispatch fee. For an hour of work they quoted me a price over $1,000. I said absolutely not and did not go through with the service. After the technician left I installed the flood light myself and since I still didn't want to deal with the exhaust fan, I called another company that had done good work for me in the past. They quoted me $225 to replace the exhaust fan. Michael and sons prices are nowhere near competitive or reasonable.The good: I was able to easily book an appointment online and receive service the very next day. Also Carlos, the person dispatched to my home waved the dispatch fee when he realized there was a misunderstanding on the estimates given online. He was very nice.

Prompt, reasonable, gave me a choice of solutions with pros and cons at different price points… highly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about Best Rate Plumbing! Jeff was so helpful, prompt and honest. We had quite a list of plumbing needs (installation of tankless hot water heater, leaking kitchen sink, digging out/capping an old irrigation line, and installation of a new shower faucet). He was happy to help us with everything and got it done very timely. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

I woke up this morning to a toilet leak in my guest bathroom. I called Mr. Damion Bailey hoping he had availability on short notice. Without hesitation he sent a service technician to my home who was very knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service. The job was complete within an hour.

Just had a wonderful experience with these gentlemen.I called and they picked up immediately (I called 3 other 5-star plumbers before calling them who still haven't called me back!). Call them first and you will save a lot of frustration.

They made an appointment for only a few hours later. They were polite, efficient, friendly with my dog, and took care of my emergency issue (broken drain pipe under the sink) as well as several smaller issues in the bathroom (leaky pipe that just needed to be tightened, another pipe that needed to be replaced, etc).

I especially appreciated that they told me that one pipe just needed to be tightened, when I thought it needed to be replaced. After they left, I was so happy with their work that I changed my mind about something that I had planned to DIY - called them and they were still in the neighborhood- they were very nice about being called back and actually fixed it for FREE!

We needed an hvac inspection right away after our home had a tree fall during a recent storm. They came out on the same day and Robert M. was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely use Progressive again!

I defiantly recommend using Pay Less Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, our plumber TJ did a great job and not to mention provided excellent customer service. Our property had a MAJOR water line break inside one of our resident home…water was poring out of the slab, we had water everywhere and going into the next apartment. Pay Less Plumbing was able to come out right away and take care of all the repairs and restore water to the community right away. I will defiantly call Pay Less Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future. TJ was very knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful every step of the way.
