Best Video Plumbing Inspection in Albuquerque NM

I do a lot of research when I buy things/ have services done to my house! I had 3 companies come out to give me a bid to have my house re piped (gray pipe no good!). Each of the 3 gave me reasonable bid or so I thought! Kurt came out to bid, told me about the braided steel lines that would go to the fixtures, asked to see my water heater.. Why I asked? He said if we are going to all the trouble to replace the lines I want to make sure the water heater is not too old. Not one of the other 3 companies asked to see the water heater!! Come to find out it was over 10 years old! So I got a new water heater as well. They insulated all the pipes on the interior walls as well as the outside ones. I got a shut off that is super easy to use! On top of all the work they did Kurt's crew were all very professional! I have 3 dogs and each of his crew scratched ears and butts ( to a dog person that is awesome!). I can't say enough nice things about this company! They are also BBB rated A+ and it shows!

Had a new hvac system installed today and Mike and his team were great! Mike was great to work with to figure out what system we needed and great value for the money. Highly recommend!!!

If I could rate a zero, I would. The man they sent said my motor needs to be replaced. I presented him with two motors, one that I bought that day (to save time and money), and one that a friend had given me (he never used it). The man told me neither will fit, and he'll have to come back tomorrow with one that does.

The next morning this guy calls and says that they'll have to order me a new motor, because one isn't available in stock, or in stores here around town. It will take about a week for the motor to arrive and will cost me three hundred and some dollars (labor not included). I knew I was being played with at that point. I told him forget it, I'll find a motor on my own and someone to replace it.

I got brave and learned how to replace the motor on my own. Turns out the motor I purchased from Home Depot (for about $75) did fit, contrary to what Four Star Mechanical told me. I wrote them a letter to vent my frustration, and sent it by mail with the check for payment for what was a wasted hour of their time. Two weeks after the check was cashed, I still have yet to hear back from them.

I highly discourage anyone from doing business with them.

Fast awesome work they even went the extra mile and saved me some money as well.

I had a burst pipe in my front yard. I had worked with a previous plumbing company which was not a good experience. I found this company by googling and I contacted them to discuss the issues we were having. They were able to get Chance to my property and figure out the cost of the repair quickly. The pipe was fixed within the same day. Wished I would have went with them to begin with. It would have saved me money and headaches.
Also, they had to go through flagstone in my yard, they put it back together very nicely. I wasn't left with a mess! This was all taken care of while I was out of state. They kept me informed and in contact the whole way. Thank you for everything!

Hats off to DJ for the emergency service & repair (working in the snow at that) getting our water back into the house... had a leak in the old copper under the house somewhere, installed new line from the well house to the house went under the slab and up into the house , abandoned old lines and ran new ones! Very much appreciated Sir 🙏 as alwasy, will only be calling this guy and his team when in need

Tech came out did not have a clue what the issue was. After 2 hours of calling co-workers and not being able to isolate he left. Received a call from dispatch the next tech would be out. Paid 173.00 to find out a breaker was blown . The electrician came out and said the fan Motor flipped the breaker. Not happy

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
