Had an appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. Called to ask when my technician would show up. Was told that that the technician would call me back to reschedule, but this person should have called in the first place to let me know that they would not be able to make it. Am not going to use.

They turned on my swamp and switched out a bad pump.

Plumbing Express was great to work with when I found out I needed to have most of my pipes replaced. Their crew (Chris, Derek, Ian, Joseph & their apprentices) was courteous, dedicated and communicated well with us throughout the process. When they were done the yard looked so good you'd not even know it had been dug up!
They definitely helped us make the best of a bad situation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Mario evaluated the needs of my home and family and made recommendations for installation of heater and refrigerator air system. They replaced my old swamp cooler and heater. The team was professional, punctual, and communicative. I am very happy with the whole process from start to finish.

Gabriel was professional and easy to work with. Even though TLC dispatch indicated a wide Window to have technician show up, Gabriel was able to jump on my Hose Bib repair earlier in the day, than I anticipated. He called with 20 minute lead time and then showed up timely to assess the problem. He gave me the estimate and with approval was able to replace the pipe and install a new hose Bib. When the water is off for a while, it terrific to get timely response, I know I can get from TLC.
