Rocketman responded to a request to repair/fix leaky toilets in my home which I was prepping to close the sale on. Rocketman responded quickly and were very polite and professional. They fixed a couple of leaky toilets that another plumber was supposed to have done. Thank you, Rocketman.

Julian and Andrew were very efficient and professional. They called ahead of time to indicate time of arrival. When they arrived they properly evaluated the property to indicate the best possible location to install the unit. They showed respect by placing a plastic covering on the carpet and installed everything in an efficient manner. Once completed they cleaned up so well one would hardly tell if work was done in the house.Good job to two professionals who knows their job and treat their customers with the utmost respect.

Just awful. They were supposed to come by yesterday at 8 AM. I saw their van pull in my drive way at 8:05. I put on my mask and waited for the tech to come to the door. I was checking email & my computer is next to a window that I can see the walk to the front door. Guy didn't come to the door but I assumed he was getting tools together. After about 5 minutes I was just about to go out & see what was taking so long and just as I got out of my chair I saw him back out and drive off. Never came to the door, never rang bell, nothing. I called their office (they NEVER answer and rarely call back) and left a message asking what's going on. No call back, nothing. About 2 hrs later guy calls my cell, I'm here, no one's home. What, I'm supposed to sit here all day waiting for them? We had an appointment. Anyway about 3 PM I called again and left a message asking someone to call & tell me why their tech blew me off. 24 hrs later still nothing. Never heard from them. Luckily it wasn't an emergency repair but even so not a good way to treat customers. That's how you turn them into former customers. I recommend calling someone else.

Called for Water Heater repair, our technician Brandon was professional and knowledgeable, great service overall and quality work!

Unprofessional staff. Didn't finish the job they advertised. Would not return calls. Had to have them come back out to fix issues. The hot water heater was replaced and they never came back out to fix the dry wall. Should have went with Pearl Mechanical as I originally got a same price estimate from them. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I have used Alta Plumbing before and Alta was leaps and bounds more professional and communicative than Valdez.
