Best Slab Leaks in Albuquerque NM

I have had 2 water heaters installed by Rocketman Plumbing and i am extremely pleased.

Called Central plumbing about a slab leak and owner Mark came within two days to jackhammer, repair, refill and concrete within 4 hours for a 1/3 of the price!! Very pleased will call again and again. Thanks Mark

Customer service was excellent. However technician did not give us any choice on hot water heater. We asked for 40 gal and he installed 50 gallon. He did not ask if this is what we wanted. He was on the phone the entire installation 6 hours. He left our water running for 3 hours and we are on a well costing us electricity. He said he forgot it was on. Next morning gas smell was very strong in our garage. We called and they sent out another tech who had to fix all of the fittings. We are on propane so wasted gas for hours. We are on a very tight budget due to COVID lay-off earlier in the summer so all extra expenses are very hard. I feel like he took advantage of us by not giving us any choices in price. However I really appreciate the office for getting us taken care of so quickly.

Valdez did a complete repipe on our home in March of this year. They did an excellent job. The crew was professional and efficient. The price was very affordable and included the drywalling. Mr. Anaya and his son do beautiful work. You can't even tell there were holes in my walls. I would definitely hire this company again and I highly recommend them.

Our kitchen drain wasn’t draining. We tried the usual remedies, to no avail. Thomas came to the house within a couple of hours and had the drain running within a half an hour. It is a simple service, but you take so much for granted until there is a problem. Thomas was professional and courteous and got our household back to normal very quickly. Highly recommended.

We called on Tuesday, they came on Wednesday. Within an hour, they had replaced the bad part on our AC unit and had cool air blowing again. Outstanding service and excellent rates. We'll definitely use NCB Mechanical again.

Unprofessional staff. Didn't finish the job they advertised. Would not return calls. Had to have them come back out to fix issues. The hot water heater was replaced and they never came back out to fix the dry wall. Should have went with Pearl Mechanical as I originally got a same price estimate from them. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I have used Alta Plumbing before and Alta was leaps and bounds more professional and communicative than Valdez.
