The technician was courteous and professional. The quality of work was much better, faster, and more affordable than all the other companies I've worked with, which is a lot, since the utilities in my complex are quite old and only licensed professionals are allowed to do maintinence. I will be using their services exclusively from now on.

Unprofessional staff. Didn't finish the job they advertised. Would not return calls. Had to have them come back out to fix issues. The hot water heater was replaced and they never came back out to fix the dry wall. Should have went with Pearl Mechanical as I originally got a same price estimate from them. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I have used Alta Plumbing before and Alta was leaps and bounds more professional and communicative than Valdez.
