This company was quick efficient and friendly for the entire process. From scheduling an appointment they were friendly and the plumber showed up on time. Was willing to quote the project in a few different ways for my insurance company. And when the scope of work went from being a 1 day job to a 2 day job they didn't come back and ask for more money they just honored the original quote. They also did excellent work and were super friendly. 10/10 or 5 stars for sure

Great service and very reasonable pricing. I have had Central Plumbing into my home twice, and have been impressed both times. Trustworthy, and have fixed both issues (sink drain clog and furnace) in a timely manner. Will use them again, and highly recommend!

My wife and I have an area of our house that is always hot in the summer and cold in the winter so we finally decided to look into getting a Mini-Split heating/cooling system. We saw a display table with information about Lennox products at our favorite Lowe's store. We signed up for an appointment later that day. Soon after, I got a phone call confirming our appointment with Dan, who is the Project Manager. A bit later I get a text message showing me a picture of Dan with a brief bio about him. Now I not only what Dan looks like, but also some information about his background. I thought that was pretty impressive. Our appointment was for 3:00. At about 2:30 I get a call from Dan saying that he was on his way to our house and his arrival time would be 3:00. Again - impressive. As it turns out I had a last minute request for an appointment. This meant my wife would be home alone and would have to deal with Dan on her own. Long story short...she texts me around 3:30 saying the appointment went great but no contract. When I arrived home she explains, that after reviewing our particular situation, Dan advised her that a Mini-split system would not be a good solution in the room where we were hoping to get it installed. He told her he could go ahead and give her the details about getting one installed but that he would not recommend it. Seriously? He turned down an opportunity to make a sale because it wouldn't be a good investment for us? Who does that anymore? I immediately emailed him and thanked him for his professional and HONEST behavior. He responded, thanking me for my kind words and added, I am just lucky to work for company that values ethics and encourages us to be perfectly transparent with our customers, especially when a potential sale is involved. And THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is why I am writing this review! I plan to spread the word about Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing every chance I get. This is just the beginning!

Trash! Terrible at calling back, when they would call back never knew what was going on, charged me for time it took them to have a technician who wasn't certified in commercial to call the one who was and still got charged for a non working walk in freezer.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
