I had a leak in my second story shower that was leaking to the downstairs laundry room. I called a few places after hours (8:30pm) and left my name with several answering services. I scheduled one for a week out but when TLC called back they said they could come out first thing the following day!My mom (83) was the only one home as myself, hubby and son were all at work. Shannon came out and was polite, considerate and kept excellent communication with her and me over the phone. He assured her that he would he in and out and with me of the needs and time it would take to complete the project.
