We had refrigerated air and new heating installed for our home. A year later, everything is still working as it should and we even thought we had an issue because of a gas-like smell in our house. David Carrillo and his company have proven on every project that they can complete any plumbing or mechanical task in a timely fashion. Their quality control is second to none. They are conscientious of protecting people's property and clean up when they are finished working. Their pricing has always been competitive with everyone else, and for those reasons, they have become our exclusive plumbing and mechanical contractor of choice. Good guy stuck to price that was quoted

The repairman, Vince, completed the job expeditiously. He explained the parts of the repair and what needed to be done. His repair works! Vince was relaxed and friendly. I would definitely hire Resourceful Plumbing again.

If I could rate a zero, I would. The man they sent said my motor needs to be replaced. I presented him with two motors, one that I bought that day (to save time and money), and one that a friend had given me (he never used it). The man told me neither will fit, and he'll have to come back tomorrow with one that does.

The next morning this guy calls and says that they'll have to order me a new motor, because one isn't available in stock, or in stores here around town. It will take about a week for the motor to arrive and will cost me three hundred and some dollars (labor not included). I knew I was being played with at that point. I told him forget it, I'll find a motor on my own and someone to replace it.

I got brave and learned how to replace the motor on my own. Turns out the motor I purchased from Home Depot (for about $75) did fit, contrary to what Four Star Mechanical told me. I wrote them a letter to vent my frustration, and sent it by mail with the check for payment for what was a wasted hour of their time. Two weeks after the check was cashed, I still have yet to hear back from them.

I highly discourage anyone from doing business with them.

Excellent Service. I highly recommend this company. They were professional and prompt when fixing my motor on my combination unit. My air conditioner is working great.
