We received a message that Eric was on his way to install a dryer vent through our roof. He was on time, professional and personable. He got to work immediately and had all tools and supplies necessary for the job. He finished in a timely manor and cleaned up after himself. He did a great job & everything looks good! The quote given is the price charged, which was extremely reasonable!! We are very happy with MGP Mechanical and will definitely use them again in the future!!!

This is a great company. All the technicians were nice, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The job got done in the time stated and the price was very comparable to other quotes I received but their unit had better ratings than the other companies I contacted. The office staff is great on the phone also and I used their no interest financing. What more can you ask?

I have used the services of Aire Mechanical for my personal home and all rental properties air conditioning and heating needs for the past several years. They have always done a fantastic job with all the details of switching over air to heat and back. The tech shows up on time and is very thorough in checking everything. When repairs are needed they are reasonably priced. I also had them install a new swamp cooler which saved me 1/3 of the cost of other bids. The best heating/cooling company in Albuquerque!

I would highly recommend Guys Plumbing and Heating. They were very professional, on time, not over priced. It is hard to get anyone to even call you back in this city, so I was very surprised how quickly I got a quote and got the job done the very next day.
I had searched on Craigslist for a plumber and I will never do that again for plumbing services. People on craigslist will maybe call you, quotes were ridiculous, and they were never on time. So frustrating. What a relief to find Guys!!

I am undergoing a kitchen renovation, and called to schedule a quote for a natural gas line to be run to my oven range. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike returned my call and made it out to visit the house the next business day.
I had several other electrical and A/C issues ongoing as well, and Mike was very kind to help me troubleshoot the A/C system installed incorrectly by another company. He got it working for me in mere minutes, and gave me a referral to an electrician who could correct the electrical issues. Now I can cancel the service call I have scheduled with the OTHER HVAC company who incorrectly installed and wired the A/C to begin with, and couldn't make it out for over a week.
It is amazing to find such helpful individuals who are willing to spend a few extra minutes to meet a customer's needs. I will be switching to this company for any further HVAC. Excellent customer service.

I had a $22,000 mini split installed a year ago. It has been nothing but a headache. Leaking through my roof, the heads don’t cool and they leak water. The condensers are loud and were never leveled. There are bubbles in the lines and the list goes on. They do as little as possible to repair things and when I called to have them come out today I was refused service because it’s been a year and they won’t work on my system. HORRIBLE SERVICE! On the install they promised to remove the old furnace and they back peddled on that too. They take your money and run!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
