I had an instant hot water heater go down recently, and I originally called the service company recommended by the manufacturer, and they told me they would get back to me with a time someone could come by. I never heard from them again, so I called Comfort Solutions to see if they could help with the problem. They sent a technician, Eugene, out to my house that afternoon, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get the necessary parts ordered for the repair. Eugene was professional and courteous with my wife when he arrived, and I was very pleased with his customer service in general.

It ended up taking a week to get my hot water heater up and running primarily because the parts took several days to arrive (to no fault of Comfort Solutions though), but once they did, Eugene had them installed in good time and charged me a very reasonable rate for the number of hours it took to complete the diagnostic and installation process. The repair has held for several months now without issue, and thus it was time to give Comfort Solutions a positive review. Thanks to Eugene in particular for getting the job done well and being straightforward and honest with me throughout the process.

We switched from swamp cooler to AC, had to update our electrical. They were on time, affordable, professional and offered 18 months same as cash. Excellent company and employees.

The professional teamwork of this group of plumbers is efficient, expeditious and thorough. I honestly don't know anything about their service or quality... but if their drivers are anything like the folks that show up on your door step, these guys are ass holes... going from Santa Fe to abq and doing 90 and these guys were pressing and flipped me the bird when I got over even when there was nowhere for them to go... they employ these kind of guys I guess....

My wife and I have had a wobbly toilet for a while now, but only recently noticed a bit of water coming out from under the base. In addition to the toilet, it was time for us to winterize the swamp cooler - always a pain in the behind and I was pumped to find out that there was an opening in just a few days.

Rudy was on time, professional, and extremely patient while I tagged along and asked question after question. I'm not super handy, but I like to know what's going on. After winterizing our swamp cooler he came in and quickly explained the issue with our toilet, cleaned up, and fixed it. What would have taken my wife and I many weekends, he was able to do in naught half an hour.

On top of the swamp cooler and toilet, I asked how I might fix a leaking shower faucet. Again, in a blink of an eye, he had taken the shower head off, swapped the o-ring, and applied some plumbers tape - leak destroyed!

Pricing was more than reasonable and we will be using the RX services again!

Quick response to what needed to be done to fix the air conditioner.

Great experience with this company. The communicated an issue with my appointment and we scheduled around the issue and got the job done. Tech was friendly and very helpful. Definitely will use them again next time I need a plumber or AC repair.

Furnace went out. I called a couple of well known plumbing and heating businesses. No call backs... I saw the reviews and called NCB. Received a timely call back and Brandon came out the same day. Honest....price quoted=price charged and reasonable. NCB is now on my contact list and I will use them again.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
