They were professional every step of the way: from customer service through the completion of the project. The technician, Randy, answered all my questions and did his best to make sure I wasn’t paying for anything that wasn’t necessary. He was very professional, wore gloves & a mask, was clean and respected me and my home. I was informed of everything that would be done every step of the way. Plumbing Express has helped me out when the bigger companies had too much work on their hands. These guys are great. They've fixed a few things for me. They do good work and are honest. They came out and gave me a second bid on a job that TLC quoted me $10K on. Rodgers did it for $180.

Diagnosed the problem, repaired the issue, cleaned up some important parts, ran a carbon monoxide test, and even found and fastened our duct work that popped off our water heater last summer when we had roof work done. (He may have prevented something more serious from happening!) Exceptional business and service!!
Previously, we'd had Wagner, TLC, and XYZ company over for misc. issues (repair a hose spigot, clear a clogged kitchen drain, and diagnose a laundry washing problem). Dissatisfied with all three companies for one thing or another, i.e., they failed to diagnose the issue; didn't fix the problem; tried to sell me something unnecessarily; were late to appointment, were unprofessional, they looked like scary cave-men, etc. Homerun is now our go-to contractor for heating, cooling, and plumbing needs!!
