Wagner has been nothing but awesome for me. They have replaced a water heater, done some minor electric, and replaced a toilet. I have had Randy for 2 of the replacements. Both times he was professional and explained everything that was needed and why. I also had Levi to do the electric work and he was professional and good at problem solving. So far I have been very impressed. I also like that they send a pic of the person showing up to work so I feel more comfortable opening the door.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

My refrigerated AC unit motor decided to kick the bucket right before a house packing party. I contacted multiple businesses that service AC units. David with Certified Plumbing Heating and Cooling came out the same day, he inspected the unit, and provided me with a temporary fix until he could get the correct part in to fix it. David maintained contact and provided a professional and prompt repair. I highly recommend David and Certified Plumbing Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for fast and professional service in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. If another issue at my house arises I will definitely contact David again.

This review is a little bit late, as they did the work a couple of months ago. However,
I've been using Number One Plumbing for about 3 years now and I've never been disappointed. They've always been on time & professional. This appointment was no exception. Nathan was my Tech this time. He was on time and very polite. He shut down my heater & set up my AC quickly & efficiently. He answered my questions and was nice enough to get measurements for my, so that I could order a new AC cover.
Number one is my first call whenever I need help! I highly recommend them!

This Co came in and replaced all of the piping throughout my whole house. From the main waterline at the curb to the house. What a great job. I would recommend them to anyone with the same issues.
