I called on a Saturday because my daughter's hot water heater was not working. Jason was extremely responsive, checked to see if he had parts for this unit before making a service call, and had the unit fixed within a couple of hours. The charge was reasonable and he explained everything. Would recommend him.

Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling Came out on Wednesday to install an electrical outlet that we needed. To my surprise they came out within an hour of when I called. The technician(MATT) did an outstanding job and was not only pleasant but fast.Having been in the service business for about 50 years I really appreciate a good company that offers super service. Saul their technician that came out was extremely nice and he listened to me before he got to work then came to me with answers and solutions! He was courteous, and very patient, but mostly EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE!! Love the work they did!

I am undergoing a kitchen renovation, and called to schedule a quote for a natural gas line to be run to my oven range. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike returned my call and made it out to visit the house the next business day.
I had several other electrical and A/C issues ongoing as well, and Mike was very kind to help me troubleshoot the A/C system installed incorrectly by another company. He got it working for me in mere minutes, and gave me a referral to an electrician who could correct the electrical issues. Now I can cancel the service call I have scheduled with the OTHER HVAC company who incorrectly installed and wired the A/C to begin with, and couldn't make it out for over a week.
It is amazing to find such helpful individuals who are willing to spend a few extra minutes to meet a customer's needs. I will be switching to this company for any further HVAC. Excellent customer service.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
