Nick and Terrence repaired wiring for our radiant heating and replaced cartridges in two faucets. They are knowledgeable and efficient and we are very pleased with the completed work. My wife and I have had a wobbly toilet for a while now, but only recently noticed a bit of water coming out from under the base. In addition to the toilet, it was time for us to winterize the swamp cooler - always a pain in the behind and I was pumped to find out that there was an opening in just a few days.

Rudy was on time, professional, and extremely patient while I tagged along and asked question after question. I'm not super handy, but I like to know what's going on. After winterizing our swamp cooler he came in and quickly explained the issue with our toilet, cleaned up, and fixed it. What would have taken my wife and I many weekends, he was able to do in naught half an hour.

On top of the swamp cooler and toilet, I asked how I might fix a leaking shower faucet. Again, in a blink of an eye, he had taken the shower head off, swapped the o-ring, and applied some plumbers tape - leak destroyed!

Pricing was more than reasonable and we will be using the RX services again!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
