I was struggling draining my water heater and flushing it. It was taking more than a couple hours. I called Alex, and over the phone he gave me the best gift, fully worth a paid visit, but no charge. He walked me through being able to flush the tank in 15-20 minutes! And additional after care of my faucets. Later I had a problem shutting off the drainage valve, and he came out and removed an obstruction. He is passionate about what he does, and knows the history of all things plumbing. He freely gives away the tips and tricks he’s learned over years of experience and hundreds of installations. He explains everything so a lay person can understand. And he lets you know all costs upfront. He is very responsive, stays in communication, and keeps you in the time loop, and shows up as scheduled. If there ever was a “THE ONE” plumber, it is Alex!
