Best Central Air Install in Albuquerque NM

Alex did a great job in installing our new water heater. It looks beautiful, left a clean area and hauled away the old stuff!

We had an emergency with our stove and needed an installation done. We called Central Plumbing and they came out right away to install. They were friendly and professional and understanding of the situation we were in. We'll definitely be calling them again if we need a job done. Highly recommend!!

I would not recommend Wagner. My family and I have been using Wagner for years. Needed work done on our furnace, they didn’t show up with the right tools, so had to schedule a second time. Then after giving us a higher than average estimate for a new furnace, never followed up on customer service/pricing issues. Promised phone calls never came and communication evaporated when we tried to ask more questions and get more information. Wagner used to be our go to, but after this experience we will be taking our business else where.

Have done business with Custom-Air on several occasions over the past 14 years. Everything from Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing for a new home to installing a hot water heater. Their service is reasonable, always fast and they clean up after they've finished. Would highly recommend.

Used them for leak location which was the worst decision ever. Not only did the technician not mark the location of the leak, his report noted a totally different location. I used a different company for the repair itself as ABQ plumbing's quote was outrageous, and the new company dug into the random incorrect area listed on the leak locate report. We had to call ABQ plumbing back to relocate the leak and the new mark was still at least 4 feet off. This ended up costing me thousands of extra dollars for the unnecessary digging around in our guest bedroom. Also increased the time for the repair altogether. Horrible experience and zero customer service or compensation offered for this situation. Use First Rate instead, you will save a lot of future hassle and money waste.

I have used Plumbing Express more times than I can count. They are always very professional and get the job done at a lower cost than the competition. Stephan runs a quality company that does quality work. Highly recommended.

They recently replaced our old hvac system with a new one and did an amazing job. The sales team member was really friendly and answered all of our questions.The install team was quick and professional and when we did have a minor issue, they came out and fixed it later that evening. As Costco members we also got a decent size shopping card for Costco when we purchased though them.I would recommend using them for future projects.

They did a great job installing the new A/C, furnace and water heater in a timely fashion and made sure everything was done properly. They even adjusted the balance for me and saved me some money in the end. Highly recommended!

Negative stars if I could! Three trips to fix a leaking sink and Eric (the owner) tells us the water is leaking from our hands down under the sink somehow! Worse service ever! NEVER USE THEM!

They were repeatedly HOSTILE AND THREATENING over misunderstandings. They forgot to turn our gas back on before leaving. (Which was why nothing was lighting, which they were aware of.)
Stay far away.

Not pleasant to be around, road rage drivers as well. Specifically NNW689, Turquoise plate on 11-15-18
