I called the office on a Sunday morning. Rick returned my call within 30 minutes and came out immediately to correct the issue. The heat was back on within 90 minutes after my call. Jeff Paisano and Fabeon Mendoza came out to clear my shower drain last Friday. They were on time, professional and got right to work. Once finished they explained everything to me, showed me my shower drain was functioning properly and cleaned up their work area. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

My swamp cooler needed an emergency fix right before the 4th of July holiday and during 100 degree heat. Chris showed up within 30 minutes of calling and did the fix on an extremely tricky steep pitched roof. I really appreciate that he did the repair so quickly and at a reasonable price.

The two technicians arrived on time to replace a defective Trane compressor. They were extremely professional, courteous and completed the repair in a timely manner. They explained every detail and I will sign them up for routine maintenance. Great job!

Negative stars if I could! Three trips to fix a leaking sink and Eric (the owner) tells us the water is leaking from our hands down under the sink somehow! Worse service ever! NEVER USE THEM!

My A/C stopped working the Friday of the Forth of July weekend. I called on July fifth, and they said they could come out the next day, between 8-10. The service tech was here at 8. He found the problem quickly, had everything to fix it right then (blown fuse and another little thing) and I was happily surprised by the cost. Now again I am in icy cold bliss, thanks to Western Mehanical
