Best Bathroom Plumbing Repair in Albuquerque NM

I am a Realtor and have used Pro Plumbing for more than ten years (10) for my own properties as well as recommended them to all of my clients. During this time Pro Plumbing has tackled every kind of job imaginable and I has always reigned victorious. At the same time I have found Pro Plumbing to be the most reasonably-priced as well as consistent. Sigi is an incredible problem solver, professional and always has a great attitude. My only complaint is that my other contractors don't match the same caliber of Pro Plumbing.

Tech did a great job of explaining the repairs and cost. He was professional and polite. He completed the work quickly.

Excellent skill, promptness and a friendly personality were all characteristics of this plumber. We also benefitted from answers to questions we asked.

Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.

Technician Shaq was very helpful in switching out our water heater. He answered all our questions and made sure the job was done right. He took several pictures and checked all connections!

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

Had a backed up Sewer line from the house to the street, it was a mess. Called them up on a friday afternoon, 30 minutes later they were running a snake through my sewer line and fixed the problem in no time flat.

The owner was very nice, and gave honest and frank answers to some questions I had.

I had a very good experience with Certified Plumbing considering it was 5:30pm on a friday.

I would have given them 5 stars, but I scheduled them to come at 12 to 5. But they showed up at 10:00 AM and I was in the middle of a Zoom meeting I was hosting. Bad form, but in all other ways they were very professional.

Professional, priced fairly, showed up on time, knowledgeable, meticulous work.

11/242020- updating to reflect our most recent experience this month. We had two zones out in our radiant floor heat. We had a 20 year old water heater and a 20 year old boiler. The actuators were outdated and it was time to replace. I’ve always found TLC to be an organization that is top notch. One of my favorite things is how everyone that had always been in our home has exemplified family values. Chico was amazing. He communicated with us after hours, on weekends, and was always responsive and well informed. He felt like part of our family by the time all was said and done. We are super happy with our new combi-boiler system. It is working GREAT and really opened up the utility closet.
