I am a Realtor and have used Pro Plumbing for more than ten years (10) for my own properties as well as recommended them to all of my clients. During this time Pro Plumbing has tackled every kind of job imaginable and I has always reigned victorious. At the same time I have found Pro Plumbing to be the most reasonably-priced as well as consistent. Sigi is an incredible problem solver, professional and always has a great attitude. My only complaint is that my other contractors don't match the same caliber of Pro Plumbing.

Technician arrived promptly and provided the requested estimates the same day. He answered all my questions very thoroughly.

Cameron helped me and my wife with installation of a thermostat for our Cooler. He was prompt, professional, and very detailed. He provided great customer service. 10/10. Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.

I've had Guy's out to my home multiple times to service my swamp/switch me over to heat, etc. I do not know what I'd do without these wonderful people! I cannot say enough good about them. They consistently go above and beyond and I'm so grateful every time I see them. Every time I have needed service, they've set expectations; shown up, they know exactly what needs to be done and take care of things as quickly as they can.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

Sterling Builders Incorporated has used and worked with Certified Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for approximately 2 years. David Carrillo and his company have proven on every project that they can complete any plumbing or mechanical task in a timely fashion. Their quality control is second to none. They are conscientious of protecting people's property and clean up when they are finished working. Their pricing has always been competitive with everyone else, and for those reasons, they have become our exclusive plumbing and mechanical contractor of choice. I talk to David almost weekly, so I know where he stands on customer service and I know that he is out working 5 hours after everyone else has gone home for the day. David is dedicated to his company and sincerely cares about his clients.
