Best Air Conditioning Problem in Albuquerque NM

When my tankless hot water heater quit working I contacted Wagner to come diagnose the issue. A technician came out within a few hours and looked at the hot water heater and had to make some phone calls due to never dealing with my brand of water heater. He came back saying the water heater would likely need to be replaced and that customer service was a nightmare to deal with and that I would be charged hourly just for making the phone calls. He never diagnosed the issues and instead tried to sell me on the two types of water heaters they could install. When he came back with a quote of $6,600 I about fell on the floor! I asked what model I would receive for that price he said it could be for whichever one I want. Clearly that didn’t seem right to me so I kindly told him I would like for a quote somewhere else. I was able to find another plumber to come out and replace the tankless for $3,000! Glad I did not fall into their scam!

This review is specifically for Alan Garcia not the company. I'm saving the company review for when the unit is completely installed. Alan was amazing. He came in to the situation with limited training on heat pumps but it did not deter him at all. He read and worked his way through the entire system to make sure it was running as expected and clear all the errors. It took a few trips but he never gave up and his ability to logically work through the problem is the only reason I have a working HVAC today. 3 other technicians worked on it before Alan was able to find the loose wire, fix it, and then hunt through the complicated and cryptic thermostat panel to find the hidden setting that was preventing the heat pump from working. Thank you, Alan! My hat is off to you.

Top notch team. From filling out the form to get a quote and getting a call 3 minutes later, through the appt to give us the bid, etc. this team is amazing to work with. Customer service is their top priority from what we can tell. Will recommend the Bosque team and only use them for our HVAC needs.

I was in need of a professional plumber to replace an unexpected broken water heater. Rx Plumbing showed up the very next morning and replaced it within hours . They were very affordable, knowledgeable, and professional . I have had no issues with my new water heater since . I highly recommend them.

We were having problems with our old boiler and called TLC. Cody arrived within a few hours (on the weekend), diagnosed what was wrong and unlike other plumbers actually took the time to look at EVERYTHING, gave us various options/recommendations and there was no pressure whatsoever to choose a certain option. We ended up just having them install a new system and are very satisfied with the whole process. Boilers are not cheap but we got what we needed at a reasonable price. Cody and his helper Ronny did some top notch work as well during the install and stayed as long as it took. We will be using TLC from now on for anything we need.

Outstanding service and work. I called on a Wednesday and requested the earliest day and time. The serviceman came on Friday two days later. Marcos called and went over the service required. He picked up the parts for us prior to arriving. Marcos was courteous, professional and just an all around nice man. He replaced our sink and water filitration faucets, garbage disposal and changed over our swamp cooler for the winter. We will definitely use Day and Night Plumbing for all of our plumbing, heating and cooling needs. We will highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
