Accessible, on time, fair, honest... I don’t write too many reviews but I read a lot of em, and I don’t know what else to say. Steve found and fixed the problem, and fast. I would strongly recommend him to any of my friends or relatives. Thanks again!

Sal installed a whole new furnace for us, in addition to some small plumbing jobs. He is obviously conscientious about his work, and makes sure to do it right instead of whatever bare minimum is needed. I waited months after the furnace's installation, until it got truly cold, to make sure the heater is working well - and I'm happy to say it seems great! He's also responsive, and followed up immediately with questions and concerns.

Technician was professional but price quoted was 2x-3x the going rate. Charged $45 on top of it for 5 minutes and did not even enter the residence. I am sure they do good work, but definitely a price gouge.

Mike and his partner did an excellent job on unplugging my kitchen drain . It was severely clogged . From the initial phone call to the actual unplugging of the drain the guys were very professional and caring about resolving the problem. I like that they cleaned up after the job was completed ! We have had Ed Young’s out to our house previously to snake a shower drain. They did the job at what we considered a normal price so we had them back out a few months ago to snake the shower drain again and a bathroom sink that was slow draining.
The plumber who came was nice enough. He was able to clear the shower but told us that the sink drain pipes would need replacement. He left the sink drain worse than when he arrived, it wouldn’t drain at all anymore. When I called back to tell them they had actually made it worse the man I spoke to was rude and told me there wasn’t anything they could do if we didn’t replace the pipes. My husband called them back again to ask about replacing the pipes and nobody ever returned his call.
Well, we’ve saved some money up and had a different plumber out to our house tonight to look at the pipes and give us a quote for replacement. Guess what? That plumber was able to snake the sink drain in about an hours time. He told us that he knew it could be done because the sink pipes were in decent shape and a wider diameter than normal. He told us the only reason another plumber wouldn’t have been able to do it would be because they were lazy and impatient. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIFFERENT PLUMBER!

I tried 3 plumbers prior to meeting Jeff and I can’t say enough about the great job they did . We had half of our yard flooded in back w clogged drainage in multiple areas. It was a swamp. Jeff and his colleague were quick to arrive and within 10 minutes - 1 they correctly assessed a problem immediately. 2. They came prepared to the job w 2 work trucks and high quality equipment necessary to fix the issue on the spot. 3. Price was very reasonable and not outlandish. 4. Jeffrey, the owner himself came to the job which made a big difference! This was the first time I used this company but glad I was able to find them. They’ve earned my business ! Highly recommended.

Came out and fixed a cracked drain pipe in very quickly no others would even be wasted called 10 plumbers all said I'd have to wait a week but rainwas coming he got there by 8am next day and fixed it. For a super fair price. Took about 2 hours total. Highly recommend these guys! Great worker and super efficient and professional

Blue Cord Plumbing did various projects in my home. No job is too big or too small. Garrett is very responsive to calls and questions. His suggestions are in the customers best interest. I had an extra hot water tank out in and then hired him again for some toilet work and hose faucets. Definitely recommend! Very neat and clean work!

I have gotten my AC serviced/tuned up yearly with this company since 2019. Today I call and I'm told we don't service mobile homes anymore after I had already made the appointment. I don't understand the cancelation of service. The person answering the phones was great, no issues there.
