The furnace in our mobile home was giving us problems so I phoned a furnace company to assess it. The man they sent was absolutely useless, so my husband called Seneca Plumbing. Russ came out and within 10 minutes he found the problem and fixed it but notified us that soon we would need a new one.
We put one on order, but when Russ was doing the install, he discovered a problem with the roof which necessitated a completely different type of furnace. Russ not only successfully and professionally installed the new one, he also corrected the problem with the roof.
We were so happy with their knowledge and professionalism that my husband contracted them to put in a tankless water heater in our other house.
Yay for Seneca Plumbing. They are awesome.

Their service person stated he was not interested in performing the job because they were here for an estimate before. I told them I had different concerns. He refused to look at the work I needed to be done. The last person, I dealt with from their company was very friendly , professional, and courteous. I did not use them because their estimate was higher than other plumbers.

Called Hazlett because of their rating and let me tell you, they deserve more stars! If we could give more we would. They were fast, clean, courteous and right on the money with their estimate, which was very reasonable.
They are our new go to guys for every future plumbing job in my home. Thank you for the great work!

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

Called about a sewer blockage, they were able to come clean it out same day. They were on time and called ahead of arrival. Bryan did an amazing job and was super friendly. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

I’m a customer of Roy’s in the past 2 furnaces 1 air conditioners also outside water lines the customers services was not great had to keep calling them back out I was so impressed with the Technician you send out today Roger on a scale of 1-10 I would give him a 10 plus. You need to keep him around I will be telling my friends and family about Roger and the great customer service and friendly and what a great job outstanding job. I have McAllister Plumbing and Heating do all my plumbing, heating and cooling work including annual maintenance of my furnace/air condition units and sump pumps, going on 5 years now, and counting. I believe it's best to stay with one outfit to maintain the vital mechanical units of my house, due to continuity and their familiarity with the units. That means I trust their workmanship and professionalism, and they haven't given me a reason to break this trust. I recommend them highly if you're looking for the same needs.
