Just had our central ac unit replaced and so far everything works great. Very impressed with the quality of work. T-mark was able diagnose the issue and then replace the broken unit within 1 week. The workers that came out were very professional, quality hard workers. they cleaned up everything from the repair and you couldn't even tell they were there aside from the shiny new unit. I arrived home at 1:00am and did not notice the odd noise coming from my basement until 2:00am. Upon investigating, I discovered water on my basement floor and that my sump pump was not working. After trying to bail the sump pump hole, I gave up and called Rotorooter. At 3:30am, a young man from your company arrived. He replaced the sump pump and made sure that the everything was in order before leaving. He did all this with a great disposition considering that he was dispatched from his home which was over an hour away from me. I can't thank you enough for having this type of service technician on staff and their pleasant demeanor even under these circumstances. Thank you!!

Roy's ripped me off. I had a gas leak. They showed up and changed me $560 and could not locate the leak. I called an honest plumber and they found the leak and fixed it for $120. Do not trust Roy's.
