Best Tank Water Heaters in Buffalo NY
They installed a new Pfizer faucet after exactly 2 years. It is is loose and I requested repair. I was told because I provided the faucet, they were not responsible and when I objected (we have been loyal customers) he hung up on me. Incredibly rude.

The furnace in our mobile home was giving us problems so I phoned a furnace company to assess it. The man they sent was absolutely useless, so my husband called Seneca Plumbing. Russ came out and within 10 minutes he found the problem and fixed it but notified us that soon we would need a new one.
We put one on order, but when Russ was doing the install, he discovered a problem with the roof which necessitated a completely different type of furnace. Russ not only successfully and professionally installed the new one, he also corrected the problem with the roof.
We were so happy with their knowledge and professionalism that my husband contracted them to put in a tankless water heater in our other house.
Yay for Seneca Plumbing. They are awesome.

Shout out to T Mark and their tech Liam. AC unit stopped working all together, call T Mark and had appointment next day. Showed up right on time, quick repair needing a new capacitor, had the correct part in the van and up and running again at a very fair cost. Great service and value, they will get all my business going forward!

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

Had an emergency main drain clean out performed. The plumber, Michael, was very professional and helpful.
Pricing seems reasonable, especially considering the high level of service provided.

Had to give at least one star to be allowed to post the review online. Should be Zero stars except for the person that answered the phone was excellent and made me feel like a valued customer. I was told that they needed to dig a 7 foot hole and had to replace the p-trap. The plumber and the two guys that were here to dig said we would not see them again as the problem would be solved. Guess what? We will be seeing you again. Problem was not fixed at all and I am not happy. I will be calling in the morning to complain.

Being in the residential home renovation business, I like to believe I can fix anything. Then I met my match with my Lennox G71MPP variable capacity furnace.
This is a long review so feel free to jump to the summary below if you so desire...
Two days before leaving for a 10 day vacation, we noticed the furnace had a hard time staying at temperature. After spending five hours on YouTube trying to diagnosis this problem, I thought I had it working. However, it was displaying a code i could not interpret. Given we were leaving in two days, I called Mcallister (first time ever) and spoke to Katie. She and TJ (the owner) called me back an hour later and told me the code was nothing to worry about and to go enjoy my vacation. They never billed for the time.
Two days after returning home from vacation, the furnace again started having trouble keeping the house heated. After spending another five hours on YouTube I called Katie at Mcallister! She had Matt come out the next morning. In five minutes he noticed I had a hairline crack in the drain trap and also found I had an issue with my thermostat. He was able to temporarily get the furnace to hold heat while the parts were ordered.
A week later Matt arrived to install the parts. Everything was working when he left. Two hours later I noticed the furnace was not reaching temperature. So I called McAllister to inform them.
It was Friday after hours, so Chris was on duty and called me back three times that evening to find out how we were doing. He insisted on coming out to look at the furnace. Chris spent three hours with me trying to determine the issue even though we had enough heat to stay warm until Monday. (This is after he had already worked fifteen hours that day).
Monday comes and Katie and TJ were on the phone with me to discuss a plan they had. At this point the issue was so darn unique that the Lennox company got involved (for a second time in three days) and provided TJ with additional areas to investigate. TJ took the time to detail what they were thinking, which I really appreciated.
They sent Jeff the next morning. He again understood me, his customer, by taking the time to explain everything to me as he went along. He spent three hours investigating gas valve and pressure switch pressures. Because of his ten years Lennox experience, he found a clogged orifice the size of a pinhole in a tube one inch long. In addition, a thermostat wire installed by a previous heating company 10 years earlier was not connected properly and prevented the furnace from working like it was supposed to.
In summary...
The above detail I felt was necessary to demonstrate the great lengths and dedication which McAllister went with me to fix my heating problems.
* McAllister respected me as a customer by allowing me to work and observe along side them
*Not once did they suggest (my biggest fear) that it was a cracked heat exchanger or blower motor that many other companies try and shortcut to to sell you a new furnace.
* They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly the entire time.
* We finally have a variable capacity furnace that runs as it should for the first time 13 years after installation!!!
*McAllister billed reasonably for the amount of time and energy they spent on us to resolve our problem.
Thank you TJ, Chris, Jeff, Matt, Katie and Kathie for a job well done!

Lou Simon installed two Bradford White 50 gallon tank style water heaters in my home. He arrived on time as scheduled. He and his crew were neat, clean and professional. They cleaned up afterwards and the job looks great. We have hot water and no leaks!

Came home one night to find sewage filing up the utility tubs in the basement after a shower. Since my daughters have a play room in the basement you could smell it the second you walked into the basement. Called at 5pm, and they were at my house within 2 hours. They do not charge for emergencies and the process was very easy. The tech showed up and was very friendly, and within an hour the main line was working like new! Thanks again, and I would recommend this service and the tech to my family and friends!
