I was able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The technician was courteous and efficient and the best part of all, no hard sell for a contract which has become the trend when you seek a service for just about anything!! My sump pump was broken, they came and replaced it for a reasonable sum of money. Thank you! For not being like all the other plumbing companies!!

I can’t say enough great things about TJ and he didn’t even finish the work yet. He came over very promptly to our home and cleaned out our outside sewer pipe with no issues. We had a different company over prior and had multiple issues with their work (plus they couldn’t get through the clog after only taking 5 mins of their time to actually try). Regardless, TJ got through in maybe a minute and was very thorough when explaining what he did, what the issue was, and how we go about fixing it. He laid out his pricing before starting and was just overall a terrific person to have working on this issue. Not sure how he’s not at the top of the list when googling plumbers but definitely should be.

Kevin and Sam are rockstars!! They figured out the problems with my furnace and explained everything to me in detail. They also answered several more of my questions that I had about other things like my hot water tank. They are going to replace my whole furnace and hot water tank as they are 18 years old and not working (at least the furnace right now). Kevin helped me make the purchases which were best for me. He was awesome and I truly enjoyed our conversation! He knew I was unable to be around for the installation the day after and went out of his way to get guys here ASAP to at least get my new furnace going so I had heat. I was very very happy with both of these gentlemen! They answered ALL my questions in detail and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Update: Brandon and a couple more gentleman came to install the new furnace They were absolutely AMAZING and I could not be any more pleased!!! They did this all last minute and did the most beautiful job! On top of that they were super nice and great to talk to! Such hard workers! I will definitely definitely go to these guys in the future! Brandon went over all the maintenance with me and gave me some helpful tips and answered all questions I had. The gentleman cleaned up after themselves so you couldn’t even tell work was done. I couldn’t be more pleased! Next is the hot water tank on Friday. I will update then!! Next update: Michael Brown came to install my hot water tank today and he also did an amazing job! I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with this company! I also had a follow up question and Mark A. Came right out after hours to check on it for me and everything was fine.AAA+++

Mike came out this morning on time and is very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my sewer backup problem quickly and explained the issue clearly to me. He answered all of my questions and provided some helpful tips for any future sewer drainage problems.

I called Advanced Plumbing this morning. They were here in 30 min, fixed the problem, drew us a picture of how our plumbing is laid out AND came in under quote. Best experience with a plumber ever! Thank you Brandon!

Our technician, Terrance, was excellent.
