He is obviously conscientious about his work, and makes sure to do it right instead of whatever bare minimum is needed. I waited months after the furnace's installation, until it got truly cold, to make sure the heater is working well - and I'm happy to say it seems great! He's also responsive, and followed up immediately with questions and concerns.

Mike and his partner did an excellent job on unplugging my kitchen drain . It was severely clogged . From the initial phone call to the actual unplugging of the drain the guys were very professional and caring about resolving the problem. I like that they cleaned up after the job was completed ! Had slow hot water leak in the shower faucet. Charged $800 and left the building with no hot water for a week and a large hole in the wall.
Best part is the hot and cold water run simultaneously whenever the shower is on now. Worst plumber ever, I will never use them again.
