I highly recommend Alaimo Plumbing and Heating. Sal came by to clear two plugged drains. He returned in the Fall for routine sewer maintenance. Sal is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and neat. He explains everything and is happy to answer any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any plumbing or heating concerns.

Installer gave a big line about honest work and business ethics. Till he wrote out the bill the price for changing a bathroom faucet my wife and I were shocked. Never again!!! No, it was not the owner he from what I hear is honest.

I called Ando Plumbing to install a new sump pump but ended up having much more work done. When their technician Ken began the pump installation he discovered that water from the sanitary sewer line was making its way into the sump, probably due to a corroded sewer line. Our home was built in the 1950s. Ken gave me a written estimate to break open the basement floor and repair the sewer line. Ken and Joe returned the following week to make the repair. However, corrosion of the sewer line was extensive necessitating complete replacement. Rather than replacing the underground sewer line Ken recommended installing a less costly hung sewer line which I agreed to. Work was begun that day and completed the next day. Throughout the project Ando’s technicians were professional , courteous and friendly. They took care to protect our flooring while moving their tools, equipment and supplies into and out of our home. They minimized the time that we would not be able to use our plumbing . And they cleaned up their work space before leaving. I am completely satisfied with Ando’s work, would use them again and would recommend them.

I am incredibly pleased and happy with Jason Kelly Plumbing. We had an emergency plumber come out after a construction accident who was unable to really help us with the issue that night. He said he'd have to come back and it could be anywhere from $800 to $2500. I wanted to get a second opinion and reached out to Jason Kelly Plumbing - Jason & Mike were able to get me in first thing in the morning which I appreciated greatly. They were able to fix the problem without causing any damage to the wall and were very personable and helpful - and not to mention lightyears more affordable than the original quote. Can't say thank you enough to them for saving our butts (and probably my marriage...haha).

My wife and I recently called Hertel Hardware & Plumbing for the first time. The servicemen (C.J. and Jim) were prompt and polite and completed what were two small jobs promptly and efficiently. Costs were reasonable. Their business manager (Sarah) was helpful in obtaining a copy of paperwork. We will definitely call HHP again when we need plumbing repairs.

Jeff came out to unclog my drain that was backing up into my utility sink. He was extremely responsive and professional. He took care of the issue very quickly and advised me regarding preventative measures to take moving forward. I strongly recommend this company.

Response was quick and Brendan showed up on time, was polite, and there was no drama about the repair. Looked at it and quickly assured us that the job would be completed. Done in 20 minutes what seemed a disaster.

Joe and guys did an excellent job and helped us clean up a very old messy plumbing system. We were very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone. Professional honest guys who went out of there way time and again to help us.

My wife and I moved into our new home in Orchard Park and Garrett came out extremely fast to take care of some things for us. He fixed our sump pump that was actually smelling a bit funky, and now it works like new and the smell is completely gone! He also fixed a portion of our water heater that made it operate much more efficiently and easily. Finally he took the time to fix some old water damage under our kitchen sink, consolidated some piping and made it look brand new! Garrett and his team were tremendous and gave my wife and I the piece of mind that our plumbing and HVAC related issues in our new home are taken care of completely!!! Tank was leaking, called Seneca plumbing, they arrived the same day because it was leaking. Didn't take long to install new tank, it was also updated and installed to code. Works great.
