I highly recommend Alaimo Plumbing and Heating. Sal came by to clear two plugged drains. He returned in the Fall for routine sewer maintenance. Sal is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and neat. He explains everything and is happy to answer any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any plumbing or heating concerns.

I will never use another plumber again! These guys were thorough and professional. When they left there was almost no mess. We had a huge project and I added a few things while they were here - they fixed it all! The price was not cheap but very reasonable for all of the work they did. The final product was neat and functional. Thank you!

We recently remodeled 3 bathrooms and a walk-in shower and decided to use Ando Plumbing after getting some referrals for the work. “Dave” did the work and was a perfectionist and very professional. He explained what had to be done at each sink and the shower and told me how long it would take to complete. He finished earlier than he expected. He also explained how to monitor the need for replacement parts, the warranties and reordering parts when needed down the road. The thing we are most happy about is that Dave coordinated the plumbing (location of pipes, drains, floor pitch, etc.) with the tile installer to ensure the shower would be finished without him having to return to the house and that we get what we wanted.
I highly recommend Ando Plumbing. We will never use anyone but them for our future plumbing.

Terrible customer service....

Used WNY Plumbing 2 times this summer (2021). Both times they were able to schedule visits within a week. Mike expertly installed our bidet seat, new toilet and a second hot water tank in no time with no mess.
Can't say enough good things about Plumber Mike: knowledgeable, experienced, pleasant and professional start the list.
Calling them again now.

Had an estimate done for a remodeling job. Went with another company that had a lower estimate with copper supply lines vs PEX(Ed Youngs job was with PEX). First company started the job and then disappeared. After months of trying to get someone to return I called Ed Youngs to come take another look. They spent a good 20-30 minutes checking everything out and said they'd get me an estimate when I located a tub as they needed tub spec's to complete estimate. FINALLY located the tub size, type, and drain side I needed in this age of supply chain issues..... Called Ed Youngs and they said the job was too far gone...? and would not be interested in completing it. Never bothered to tell me 8 weeks ago they wouldn't be doing the job. I had to reach out to them in order to get an answer.

Have been a loyal local customer for 20 years but this experience of customer service and the lack of common courtesy to call me back and say Not interested has sadly changed that. Will be finding a new place to spend my $$ for renovations.

Jeffrey and his employee, Jake worked diligently until they found the problem that was causing my system to backup. They were professional at all times. It was apparent that Jeffrey’s business ethics includes honesty and he and his employees care about their customers. He was fair with his billing. I have already shared my experience with my friends, family and clients. It was a delight to work with the both of them.

Amazing service !

Extremely poor service. He came out to assess a flooded basement and for the next two weeks I placed four calls to his office requesting a call back hoping to hear his assessment and plan to repair. He never called back. His office assistant apologized each time and promised he would call. I finally gave up and had another plumber come out. Truly bizarre
