The customer service here is excellent. Someone always asks if you need help. They have a surprising variety of items. I needed an obscure part for a faucet one time and they knew exactly what I needed. Part was cheap too. Go here before you go to the big box stores.

Brennan Who came out to service her furnace which hadn’t been done in 16 years. He was absolutely fantastic he was pleasant and very efficient and got right to work and surprisingly didn’t find anything horribly wrong with the furnace because trust me I was expecting it was such a pleasure to have somebody so conscientious and pleasant in our home I would strongly recommend T Mark plumbing and heating

Rob Schadel was the superior technician that worked on my house. When he arrived he was cordial, polite, friendly, confident, and prompt. With a firm handshake and a friendly smile He initialized conversation and was thorough with his description and explanation of the job at hand. He told me that he will take care of the problem and will not leave until it’s finished and I am 100% satisfied. My confidence with him was solid at that point and he began the service. He diligently worked making sure to not damage anything, make sure he was neat and precise with his actions. I would periodically go to speak to him and he would with intent look me in the face express his correspondence. Afterwards I would leave satisfied and certain I was in good hands and confident in his knowledge, wisdom, and ability. When Rob was done he summoned me to see his work. The tank looked amazing and the work area where it was housed was cleaner and nearer than it was before he began (not that it was unkept)! He assured me of his confidence in his work. We exchanged more pleasantries, he looked me in the eye extended his hand for a shake stating. “It was a pleasure working for you.” I was blown away by his professionalism, integrity, and expert representation of his employment at Zenner and Ritter. I will proudly express my satisfaction in him and the company to everyone I know referring not only Zenner and Ritter but Rob Schadel specially. Job expertly done.

Kudos to Josh on our recent sump pump annual maintenance, and to Tony & Eli for our garbage disposal leak repair and faucet drain replacement. Frank's has been our go to for sewer replacement, bubbler system, and basement cast iron tub removal/replacement. Good Staff under the leadership and customer service of Frank DiMaria.

Our sump pump died at 4:30 Friday morning. I scheduled an appointment online at the Roto-Rooter website at 6:30 a.m. for later that morning. The plumber, Bob, showed up by 11:30, gave us a quote, and finished the job by 12:30. It was fast, it was well done, and we were thrilled, especially since we got 2 inches of rain that weekend. This is our second experience with Roto-Rooter, and we will use them again.
