Rick came over on for an emergency on Halloween night when no other plumbers would come to replace my failed sump pump. Even though it was late at night, he took his time to do the job right, explained to me what he was doing and charged a fair price. We now have 716 Plumbing as our go-to plumbers.

We had a new faucet and sink installed. The plumber did an excellent job and took a proactive approach with a few additional recommendations to replace some valves that were worn. The entire process went smooth from start to finish, highly recommend using Hazlett Plumbing.

Highly recommend! Scheduling an appointment was very easy with a very courteous receptionist/scheduler. In this situation I needed someone quick after discovering the hookup to my washer was defective and a new washer was being installed in a few days. Plumber was courteous, professional and did a great job not only fixing but improving the valves. This company is staying on my go to list!!

The plumber tht came and fixed the pipes was very thorough and professional. He answered any questions we had he didnt leave til the problem with my hot water was fixed and he replaced the shower head tht he broke i will definitely be using u guys for future repairs or plumbing issues and i will recommend him amd the company to friends and family im real happy with the service

Mcallister used to be the best in the Southtowns. I would have given them 5-stars easily. We used them many, many times and always had great and honest service. Then their owner TJ retired and things went downhill. We've had so many problems since then with installation errors and overbilling. We also now find heir support staff difficult to deal with. Unfortunately after using McAllister for over 20 years we feel we must move on to another HVAC company.

Mr Simon came to my house too install a sump pump when my basement had flooded. He was very prompt and kind in my time of panic, and also very reasonable on price when compared with other plumbing companies. I would definitely recommend his company too anyone who wants a professional and competent plumber!

The service I received was exceptional! My technician (Steven W, tech #1392), worked for several hours, without stopping or taking a break, to open up my drains in the basement that were backed up due to tree roots.Just when he thought he wasn't able to open them, he would go back & continue to try again & again until he finally got them opened & draining.He then proceeded to plunge both my backed up washing machine tubs until they drained as well.He was extremely personable, even with everything he was dealing with.No complaints here what so ever!I couldn't have had a better tech or better service.Thank you Steven W & Roto Rooter.

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
