Excellent Service ! I just had them come out and check and see why my toilet wasn't flushing and they suggested my toilet jet was pretty much clogged and corroded and that I needed to replace it. The charge was reasonable at 525.00 dollars for parts labor and taxes and they took the old toilet with them. My original toilet was at my house when I bought my home over 20 years ago and my home was built in 1963 so it was probably time to finally get a new toilet since the original one has been in my home for decades. Brian B. was the service guy who came to my home and he was professional clean friendly and prompt. I highly recommend T-Mark to anyone who wants Great Service !!!

Called them about replacing an old copper sink pipe that kept getting clogged. Asked about just the line in question and what it would cost to replace all the copper pipe to pvc. Quick to get out for the quote quick to get them in to do the job . I've used them before and will again if the need arises.

Furnace broke in the middle of the night. They were there the next morning. Who is prepared to pay for a new furnace when not expecting it? Mark went out of his way to give me options. Patient in a stressful situation. Worked on what I needed and didn’t push for what I couldn’t afford. Who does that? He did. Thank you. Josh and Nick, the installers were beyond professional. I booked an appointment yesterday, was told the repair person would arrive between 8am and noon. 20 after 12 I call them, they say the person will be on their way soon. They also took this opportunity to tell me that the service call would cost approx $130. I explained I was not told about this charge when I booked, the person I was speaking to copped an attitude. I told them to forget it. I will be taking my business to someone who is upfront about fees and knows how to be polite and professional.
