Best Drainage Service in Buffalo NY

Needed a water line for fridge, literally 3 foot line and they wanted to charge me 600 dollars, that’s a little ridiculous, thank god I didn’t pay it cause I found someone who will do it for me for 150 , this place is a joke and I’ll never use them again and they should be ashamed of themselves for charging that much.

We swapped out a part in our shower and when turning the water back on, there was a leak at the supply line by the meter. Panic!

Called Kevin's and he came right out (within the hour, which was great). Friendly and professional.

Showed him the issue and he said he could take care of it.
He returned from the truck with what he needed and we were repaired in less than 5 minutes. Very happy with the result - prompt service and no leak.

The service provided by the folks from Frank's Plumbing has been absolutely outstanding. This is the fourth time that I have hired this organization and have been exceptionally pleased with the professionalism and project outcome. In this most recent mission Jerry and Mike completed a complex repair in an efficient and expeditious manner. Not only where they knowledgeable but the finished repair/installation actually looked good. Highly recommend Roy's for all of your furnace needs. Everyone that I interacted with, are highly professional and caring. They worked well and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were patient and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I trust them with replacing two furnaces at my house. Dave M, Ben I, and Dan B installed the furnaces and were prompt, courteous, honest and did not leave mess. They even hauled away the old furnaces! Dave Batt was absolutely amazing as well, he came to my home and went over all of my options for furnaces. Roger came to my house to inspect that the furnaces were working properly and he also took his time to explain what was wrong with the old ones. I was so impressed with their level of customer service and professionalism. I fully reccomend Roy's to all of my friends in the future. Been asking for them to LOOK at my heater since August 2022. It's now December and they have canceled three times. Apparently only have one worker who gets sick often. I also notice that The Plumber only responds to positive posts. No acknowledgment of the wrong they do. Update, it's now February 2023, and they got let go from HSA because of how bad they are. The plumber absolutely refused to come look at my furnace. Thank you The Plumber for letting a 5 year old a 14 and 11 year old freeze all winter.

Unfortunately, the Plumber secretary did call me on the day of every appointment, to cancel. Every time it was some ridiculous excuse. I would rather she would have been honest with me on the very first appointment. As a result of your dishonesty and HSA's, I am still unable to provide my family with proper heating.

Joe was honest, knowledgeable, and wasted no time. He explained everything to me, and the cost. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service today. A big headache went away. Next time I have a problem, I will call roto rooter.

Very rude. Started phone call with do you even know what backflow is?... Um no I don't because I'm not a plumber but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
