He found one, came back that evening and installed it! Great job and done! He's a wonderful guy to talk with, explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Alaimo Plumbing and Heating. Sal came by to clear two plugged drains. He returned in the Fall for routine sewer maintenance. Sal is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and neat. Great guys. The job was done quickly and they cleaned everything up and very reasonably priced. They quoted me a price and my bill was less then the quote.

I made an appointment for an estimate on a combination unit for tankless system in my home. They blew me off so I called they apologized and rescheduled. The guy came looked at my boiler room and said he would have numbers for me by mid next week. I waited till end on next week. Never called back. So I called, again women apologize and took my name and number house address. It’s been 3 weeks now. Still no call back. I’m paying cash. Or at least I was. Will be calling a different company now. 3 strikes your out.

They were asked to replace a tub and it’s surround. Plumber arrived on time, ready to roll. They coordinated additional help and parts arrived in time. This was a well choreographed operation. Very professional, very competent, very considerate

This company is awful. They don't know what they are doing and then on top they overcharge you to do it. Called to have my sewage line cleared, in the process all the sewage backed up in my basement and I was left to clean it myself. Three weeks later it started backing up again so it was never even cleared out. After spending over $500 from the Musso crooks I called Advanced Sewer Cleaning and they cleared out the line in 20 minutes, guaranteed it for a year and only charged $150. When trying to get compensation I was told basically they would do nothing. I STRONGLY URGE THAT NO ONE EVER USES THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!!
