Heating and A/C replaced is the latest job I’ve used them for. Previously was a water heater and another time for a blocked drain

Dishonest about price of work being done. Was told one price, then charged of 1.5 times more due to 'necessary add ons' that I was not made aware of prior to the work being done. The work was done well, however, get pricing down on paper before letting them do any work.

This is a good reliable company, honest and hard-working.

Victor and his son are great to work with, very knowledgeable in their field!!!!! Great service for a great price!!! Definitely will use them again for any needs we have!!!!!

Sorry I already forgot his name but he was very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. This was a seasonal maintenance visit but he found a part that was not working as well as it should have & replaced it so other parts would not get damaged in the future. He explained well what was going on & I did not feel pressured to fix it but he told me what could happen if I didn’t. I appreciate the info to make a good decision. Great service!

Great, timely work, at a fair price.

Nick was very friendly andmade sure to take every step to ensure that my AC was functioning properly before he left. He was running behind the time I was told he’d be here but he kept constant communication to make sure I knew exactly when he’d be here. Will be a repeat customer should I have any more issues in the future.

Pipe Medic has responded quickly and effectively to two after hours water heater emergencies; once at a rental property and recently at my parents' house. We would have been in a bad situation without the quick response. High marks for Pipe Medic!

Robert did a great job replacing the manifold plumbing system the same day. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with the work. I was impressed besides the fact of getting notified but they also send a message of tech info and photo before arriving. I recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing .

Very lucky to have found this company on a holiday weekend. The owner Vincent was so helpful and sent out a professional Ron and his assistant. They fixed our gas leak. I even received a follow up phone call later that evening. Would 100% recommend this company! And will use them again. Appreciate the great customer service.
