Very friendly service. They had to come back to fix an issue that we had after they left. They came out right away, fiixed the issue for free. We felt comfortable with the workers. They are polite, honest, and dependable.

I have used On Time on 2 different occasions for my water heater and shower issue. Both times I had Justin come out and I really appreciate his work. He is always on time (ha) professional and really takes the time to show me what the issue is and what caused it so I can avoid having issues in the future. They repaired and replaced the water service to my home. I chose them after considering the recommendation of a friend for whom they did work and procuring estimates from two other plumbers. I was impressed by Jim Bowers professional and thorough manner of explaining the approach they would take to solve my problem. They did everything promptly and in the manner Jim promised. Jim, and his employees, was always concerned with completing the job in the best and most economical manner. His employees were as professional and particular as he was. I will use them again when, and if, I need their services.
