Josh was here about 30 minutes after I called, to address an issue with our water heater pilot light. He took care of it in minutes, and didn’t make us feel stupid. (It has been a LONG time since we had to relight a pilot light.).

Mark and his partner were very professional and worked quickly to try and fix our toilet issue. When it became apparent they would need to take the toilet off to get the stuck item my son flushed out, they let me know how much that would be and what it would entail before they asked to proceed.
