His team arrived on time, did a great job, and was pleasant to work with. As far as I can tell, the job was excellent, and the price was fair. Without a doubt, I'll hire Wichita Drain Clean & Plumbing services again.

Absolutely fabulous company! I called them to come and map my sewer line and determine if an outside cleanout is needed. They took the time to explain all possible options and let me participate it the mapping along side them so I could fully understand the issue. They were honest, professional and very well priced. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be going to Mr. Rooter for all of my sewer issues in the future.

This review has been a long time coming but much deserved. My experience working with ACRS has been wonderful. Not only did they come to my rescue once, but twice, over the last 8 months. Both times I was out of town and of course that’s always when something breaks down at your business, right! The first time was over the summer at my hair salon, the A/C went out. ACRS had a tech out within an hour and had the unit repaired shortly after. Then this last time my furnace went out at my daycare and ACRS had a tech out in less than 30 minutes!! Unit repaired in less than an hour!! I have used several other companies over the last 14 years and hands down I have never been more impressed with their services and the friendliness and knowledge of the techs who came out to do the repairs. Their price was very competitive compared to others and they gladly called me each time after the diagnosis to help me understand what the problem was and a solution to get it fixed immediately. I felt like I could trust them even in my absence. I highly recommend this company!!!

Great price on a new waterheater

I called this company because they said they were 24 hours (called around 7pm) I had one person tell me they would get back with me but no one ever did. I then received a text message and will post that shortly after . I called back around 10pm because I had no clue who was texting me until I called the phone number from someone else’s phone. They had blocked my number. Haha, if you’re black I strongly suggest not even trying this company

I was very pleased with the work done for me. I believe the price was fair and the work was excellent. I really appreciated the quick response. I also appreciated the calls and text letting me know when to expect Jose.

This company tried to overcharge us for a plumbing job. Got a second quote that was only a fourth of what reddi was going to charge. Other company was a well qualified licensed plummer not sure reddi's guy even knew what he was talking about. Disappointed because we had used them before and were very happy with that experience. We will never call Reddi again had some other services scheduled cancelled all appointments.

Excellent service when we needed them they were there for us and they took care of our problem.

Matt has been very thorough and informative while fixing our water heater. He does a great job of explaining his suspicions and how he intends to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem, even outside of his suspicions. At the end of the visit he explained his findings and what he did. This is something I appreciate very much when having services done.
Our home warranty company selected him and contacted him on our behalf, so I’m very thankful he has done such an excellent job. It usually worries me not having a say in who does our repairs, but we’ll be calling Matt for all future repairs.

Benjamin Franklin as a whole was a very professionally-run company with very friendly customer service and technician personnel. I, however, cannot recommend Matt Feltrop more. He is the single most impressive tradesman I've ever encountered. He is willing to go far above and beyond your expectations, and is as friendly as they come. Highly knowledgeable, he is willing to educate you on the various other small ailments around your home in regards to plumbing and will make recommendations to the best of his ability. Whatever they're paying him at Ben Franklin, they aren't paying him enough. If the rest of the technicians are anywhere close to his level, then Ben Franklin is by far the best company to choose for plumbing issues.

Got our sewer line unclogged by WPR they were amazing and trust-worth. They even offered us a 60 day warranty after job. No other company in Wichita offers and backs up their plumbing work. We highly Recommend
