July 30, 2019 early afternoon. Blew off an in-line filter in our basement allowing full flow water down to the floor with encroaching into other rooms.
Fortunately, I was able to make it to the shut off in time but this left us with no plumbing services and much clean up. I called two other national chains but they were 36 and 48 hours out.
I turned to Mr. Rooter and got a very courteous dispatch who was genuinely concerned for our circumstance. I believe her name is Tye. She did her magic and got us a repairman to our home within the hour. Wow !
Our repairman, Nate Warnke, professional from the moment he arrived. He surveyed the situation and gave me a price for needed repairs immediately. I accepted and he was off performing the work with skill; and, he did not even care that I watched him all the way. I was able to learn about the fittings used and the pro press handheld that allowed him to complete the work torch-less. I was impressed. He completed by checking his work and even checked it a second time by my request.
My wife and I are so grateful that we are able now to put this behind us and happy that we were able to have Mr. Rooter perform the work.
I will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and technician Nate Warnke.
And, kudos to Tye as well.

Carr plumbing is wonderful. I have used them for service jobs both professionally and personally. Top service they're always my first call for service work. They go above and beyond and if there is something you're not happy with they will make things right. Nothing these guys can't do. I have used them for everything from plumbing work, fence repairs to make readies for apartments. Fair prices and good work. I highly recommend.

Home warranty company sent them out June/July. Plumber pulled out very few roots and told me my sewer was beyond repair and needed replaced. Sewer line backed up again so I called out a different company. They checked sewer with a camera and said sewer line is not bad enough to have any further repairs done at all. Lyday didnt snake far enough. To not do your job correctly, then lie and say my sewer line needs replaced is ridiculous. It's either them being extremely unethical or extremely incompetent. Call anyone else.

These guys have come to my rescue several times in the last year. Professional people, they know their stuff. Always here when they say they will be here. And affordable. I had an estimate from another place for $600-$900 dollars. On Time fixed my A/C the same day I called and for under $300. Customer for life right here! Thanks guys!

They were asked to install a gas line, hook up washer and dryer and repair toilet tank plumbing. They stated my sewer line was clogged only after they walked thru my home with wet shoes and a shovel.
They also forget to light my water heater. Unable to reach anyone to light my hot water tank.
Thank God it had an igniter.
Very disappointed.

I felt like Colton and his helper did a really great job installing a water line and utility sink with cabinet in my art room, and also they installed a Aquasana Whole House filter system as well. They were prompt and courteous, and when it became apparent that we had a cement wall in the way of the water line, they were quick to address it and make a plan on how to move forward. There was no additional cost for that which was a relieve cause so often that is what happens with other companies. They did a great job, and I would feel good calling Bowers again if we needed additional plumbing.

Matt has been very thorough and informative while fixing our water heater. He does a great job of explaining his suspicions and how he intends to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem, even outside of his suspicions. At the end of the visit he explained his findings and what he did. This is something I appreciate very much when having services done.
Our home warranty company selected him and contacted him on our behalf, so I’m very thankful he has done such an excellent job. It usually worries me not having a say in who does our repairs, but we’ll be calling Matt for all future repairs.

Very professional, quality work, friendly, great attitude. Very pricey, $200 just to show up at my door on a Sunday just to quote the job.Jason did a great job, I would highly recommend but be ready to pay probably more than expected for weekend work.
