I was very pleased with the fact that I was informed at every step of the issues I was needing repairs for as well as the assurance given that they would be taken care of in addition to the exceptional services and professionalism provided at the time of my repairs. I will further continue my services with PD Plumbing as well as refer them to others in need of plumbing services.

I would steer clear of David Lies plumbing. They came to my house to fix my sump pump. It was malfunctioning and raining outside. The plumber that came took the check valve off and then my house flooded. He was informed of the setup with our house and connections to our neighbors house and yet that did not give him pause. As a result, my entire basement flooded. He later lied about the fact that he was informed ahead of time how the system was set up, and lied to his superiors about that as well as lied on the invoice that the check valve was already cracked. It was not. At first they made it sound like they were going to take care of some of the damage but then we were informed we needed to file a claim. We did. We paid our deductible in full, as well as the invoice to them that was more than DOUBLE their original quote. Mr. Lies came out to my house and appeared apologetic and cooperative but in the end did nothing. I was without half of my house for almost a month, and paid over $2,500 for a sump replacement and extensive damage cleanup. Additionally, he said he would provide me with a quote to burry the enormous sump line out to our city drain but that was weeks ago and I haven't heard a word from him. Poor work, no integrity, and poor customer service. 10/10 don't recommend.

I don't know how your plumbing service but just thought you should know that one of your drivers has a little bit of a road rage problem. I was driving north on 235 about 10 minutes ago and the van was riding my vehicle very close, throw in hand signals, and when I finally passed a vehicle they passed me throwing me the bird!

These guys show up on time and do a great job. Would recommend Provines Plumbing to anyone looking do simply fix a leak or remodel work. 2 thumbs up!

Great company and plumber is very responsive and professional. They wont sell you a service you don't need and give you options for your repairs. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Honest and dependable

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.

I have been using American Services for 3-4 years now at both home and the shop. The techs are on time and knowledgeable. The part of their service I appreciate the most is using their experience to do a check up on the whole property. While out for preventative maintenance they keep tabs not just on the HVAC but also on the water heaters, faucets, toilets, etc..and have been able to point out problems before they become costly issues.

Replaced all of our old clay sewer. Did an excellent job. Could not gotten better service nor price. Recommend Meyers for any big job.
