Definitely suggest! I had reached my wits' end trying to figure out how to fix the leaking drain in our do-it-yourself sink. After leaving a message on Steve's phone, I got a return call less than 15 minutes later. He was pleasant and helpful as he asked questions to determine the severity of the emergency, and because of a cancellation, his crew was on the way to us in under an hour. The guys Steve sent (I think Steve and Brian?) were punctual, efficient, and skilled. I admire that, given the current pandemic outbreak, they all opted to wear face masks. When they were done, they patiently went over the changes with me and addressed any questions I had. I am glad I paid for their quick and professional service, even though the drain leak was rather minor. After they fixed my botched do-it-yourself attempt and reviewed the remainder of my work, I finally feel comfortable with our new sink setup. Instead of trying to fix it yourself, call in the pros.

After we had some work done a year ago, a concern came up and I called about it. I was impressed with how quickly Scott came out to check on my concern. He gave me an exceptionally reasonable rate and was committed to making sure quality work was done thoroughly.

I had a suspected leak in my water line, just outside my foundation wall. They came in, dug down 4 feet to where the pipe was, and had it fixed in 2 hours time. Great work!

JM Plumbing came out on a Friday for a quote on replacing a main sewer line. The gentlemen stated he wanted to try and clear and camera the line before he did anything, because he felt like he could get it cleared. So, instead of spending the money to get it replaced, I ended up saving a ton of money because he was able to get the line cleared. I definitely will be using this company in the future, and have already recommended them to my friends and family. Thank you JM Plumbing!

The Drainworks team was very professional. They arrived when they said they would and got right to work. With the inspection camera they showed me where the problem was. I ended up needing my sewer replaced and they handled it and left my yard in good shape. Thanks Guys!
