I called Brown's Plumbing Services on a Monday with a non-emergent plumbing issue, and they quickly scheduled an appointment for me on Wednesday. Chris was very nice on the phone. One of their plumbers, Derrick, arrived promptly and was very nice. He took a look at the issue and we discussed some possible sources of the leak. He then fixed two potential sources of the leak, but that didnt stop the leak. He then located the source of the leak, which had escaped both of us and was not an obvious source of the leak. I was very pleased the leak had been located and fixed. Derrick then informed me that because they had not located the leak quicker and had fixed an issue that wasnt the problem, they were not going to charge me anything. I tried to insist that Derrick accept some compensation, but he made clear that this is how Brown Plumbing operates if they make a mistake, which I dont believe that they did. Bottom line, I was very impressed by all aspects of my experience with Brown. They fixed my plumbing leak and didnt even charge me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem in the future.

Had a solar attic fan installed within a day of starting the process. Very professional from start to finish. Definitely recommend and eliminates having to take your chances with independent contractors as they vet their employees.

I had gone through two plumbing companies before I gave Bowers a call to install an ADA compliant toilet in one of my bathrooms. I forget the names of the gentlemen who did the install, it was several months ago, but I do remember that they were very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job in a very timely manner. I had a good feeling about Bowers Plumbing and they came through. Next time I need a plumber, Bowers will be who I call.

Jason was punctual, friendly and helpful. He worked with both me and my tenant to fix the sump pump at our rental property. He was thorough and made sure we received only the needed repair with no unnecessary expense. Great experience.
